Charles came to unclog my shower drain. In the process he discovered some less than professional workmanship and ended up having to replace a piece that was damaged. Even though he ended up spending an hour and a half to two hours doing a job that normally should take only 20 to 30 minutes he honored the quote he gave me over the phone. It's nice to know that there are still some people who do what they say and don't try to jack up the price because of some unforeseen circumstance.

The owner not only saved me time and worries, but saved me money as well. He was Very clean brought his foot booties gloves floor sheet and replaced my water heater with minimal space to work with (in a small closet) but he made the install look so simple. I even had a small issue where the water wasn't hot enough he made arrangements to come by the next day to make the adjustment. Highly recommended very professional and a company that cares. Very hard to find now a days.

Had a leaking PVC water shut off valve replaced and relocated inside the garage so I could hook up a home water filtration system. Also had my sprinkler backflow preventer upgraded. Very pleased with the results and the new piping layout. Highly recommend Charles if you have any plumbing issues. Is now my go-to plumber!

I had scheduled a different vendor to address my issue but after 3 cancelled appointments I contacted Charles. Charles was quick to respond, arrive, provide a quote and get the job done. Charles even recommended that I not perform maintenance that was suggested by the first vendor and explained to me why he was making the suggestion. Charles is now my go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

I had a kitchen sink clog that I’d throw everything at—gallons and gallons of drain gel, baking soda and vinegar, 25 foot snake (I think the clog was 22 ish feet deep), dish soap and boiling water, plunging it. Nothing worked. I chose this company because the reviews were great and it seemed like Charles was the only plumber which meant I knew who was going to come out. Charles was the person who answered my call, he said he had one house to service before mine and he’d come later that same day. He felt like he knew exactly what he was doing, and he fixed the clog on the first attempt. He explained what he did and how to prevent it in the future. Pricing felt fair and accurate. 10/10 recommend.

If you don’t use this company, you are missing out, First time using Charles, what a great guy and a professional in his line of business. Saved me a lot of money and I do not know him. I’ve used his services and he was absolutely excellent thank you Charles.

My husband and I are so glad we hired Charles! We were under a lot of stress to get some plumbing issues resolved before selling our house, and he was prompt, courteous, personable and charged a fair price for honest, quality work. I won't even consider hiring another plumber after this A++ experience.

Exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable plumber. A quote real plumber " with full knowledge and understanding. Repaired several situations for me, and even created a fix that plumbers prior to him had charged me for but there was no repair. I also should add he was the most fair and reasonable plumber I have ever used as well. A professional, that I was grateful was referred to me through my church, as well as very neat and clean with my home. I highly recommend this plumber. It's been a long time since I have felt this strongly about a professional referral, many many years.

Charles was a delight to work with. He provided quick service, quality workmanship , and reasonable rates. My old plumbing provided challenges and Charles tackled them with a smile. He even took extra time to show me everything along the way and educate me on plumbing. The best part was two other plumbers tried to sell me a full house repipe, which I knew was not needed. I have copper pipes in the house already! Shame on them, bravo to Charles.

This company is fantastic. I’ve never met a plumber who takes such care and ownership of the work they do. The owner Charles helped us out himself with a major backup in our plumbing lines. Our only bathroom (other one under renovation at the moment, NOT a great time for your second bathroom to go out!) was totally inoperable which is not ideal for a household with several young children and Charles came out on a weekend and and worked relentlessly until he got us up and going again. Other plumbers took a quick look and quoted us immediately with the most expensive repair solution, but not this company. Charles has a great can do attitude and he does not give up until he gets it done. I am so appreciative of his professional service and his willingness to go the extra mile. He saved us big time on this one and I’ll be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a quality plumber!

Charles did a great job on relocating and switching us to a tankless hot water heater. Would 100% use them again. He was pleasant, professional, thorough, and his work is perfect.

Had an issue with a water heater and Charles was able to diagnose the issue and replace it same day. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and was upfront about pricing. My water heater had water in the pan. Having had this experience once before, I knew immediate attention was needed. If not for Charles’ immediate response and fast service, I could have had a lot of water in the foyer and living room.
