Great customer service, very professional.

Professional, reasonably priced and great work!

Great job on gutter clean-out and pressure washing. Professional, reliable, friendly.

Sidekicks redid siding, columns and trim on my house. They did a great job of replicating intricate columns. They really paid attention to all the details. And, they stayed right on budget. It wasn't a big job but they treated it like it was. I would highly recommend them.

The team at Sidekick is professional, courteous, and timely. They provided excellent service for a great price! Highly recommend them for your around-the-house cleaning needs!

Wow, so happy I looked into alternatives for Christmas light hanging ! Such a fair price and excellent work! Garrett did what he said he would do, when he said he’d do it and for the price he promised. While we surveyed the yard to make a lighting plan, we found other jobs that needed attention and he was able to knock those out too in a timely fashion. Cannot wait to get them onto some other jobs after the holidays. Thanks Sidekick!

So thankful I found Sidekick! They always make sure my Airbnb property is clean and ready for my next renter. They even pointed out a few problems they noticed with one of my bathrooms plumbing. It’s great to have a company that not only can identify a problem but actually give recommendations and then implement solutions. Great company to work with!

So refreshing to meet someone with a killer work ethic! Garrett (and his crew) responded
immediately to my online request and found
time to complete the job the very same day.
Professional quality from start to finish..left the area so clean that you wouldn't have known they were there. I highly recommend Sidekick.

Sidekick was great while they took care of our property in Tampa. It started as lawn care and Garrett and his team were able to help us with other items as well. I highly recommend Sidekick!

Sidekick Properties performed an outstanding professional deep cleaning of my parent’s newly constructed condo before they moved in. Scheduling and communication was polite and efficient. I appreciated that they accommodated my schedule. As advertised, this company took cleaning to the next level by making disinfecting a priority. They were fully garbed in protective gear (suit, mask, gloves and booties) which immediately gave me a sense of ease knowing that extra precautions were taken to protect the property as well as those interacting. All of my concerns/requests were addressed and I noticed that the new space was much cleaner than before. Beyond the vast amounts of dust left from construction that one may not readily detect, all surfaces including balconies were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. I was pleased with the quality of work performed and the fair pricing. I would highly recommend this company.

I have seen first hand the quality and diligence practiced by Sidekick. The owner and his employees have a long and commendable history of hard work and volunteer service to families in the Tampa Bay community. They have years of experience in landscaping and home construction/restoration projects. The most impressive part of this business in my opinion is the owner who created it: a young, highly motivated, recently graduated, Eagle Scout, entrepreneur, who has spent his whole life in the Tampa area and who has a deep appreciation for our community and it's bright future. It is definitely worth contacting this business with any inquiries.

Sidekick Properties was great to work with! Hired them for cleaning services to make sure my house was disinfected with everything going on. Extremely professional and timely. Plan to work with them more in the future, already signed up for their filter replacement program.

Garrett and his team at Sidekick Properties did an amazing job installing our fence. He was very accommodating in working with us to get exactly what we needed as we changed the plans on him a few times. I would highly recommend them for any project you're looking to conquer. We will certainly be using him for the last few home renovation projects we still need to complete. Thanks a ton, Garrett!

We had a great experience with Sidekick! With Garrett working as my advocate, they completed a long and varied list of projects- pressure washing, repairing and resealing the fence surrounding our property, building and painting permanent, accessible fencing around our HVAC units, repairing rotten wood pillars, building, painting and rehanging a porch swing, and repairing and resealing a backyard deck. Garrett gave clear bids ahead of time. The work was done quickly and communication was easy. His team is clean, professional and friendly. Thank you Sidekick. Will not hesitate to use this business again!
