Dallas Fiker was our Sales Representative with Trust Roofing. He was so on top of our job… he made it easy and quick for us to have our Roof Repaired from a storm. Dallas is a great Roofing Concierge in the West Chase Community.

I had requested a temporary tarp installed on a Friday to protect a wind damaged roof on my home. The crew installed the tarp on Saturday. However, it was not secured adequately to hold in the wind, so at 6:00 on Sunday, in the wind and darkness, Robin, an owner, and Eddie, my salesman, were both up on my roof re-securing it just a couple hours before the impending rain. I would call that dedication to customer service.

A few years ago, when Robin and his crew, hadn’t been in Florida from California very long, he’s following in his father’s footsteps with this business. I can’t BEGIN to tell you how wonderful he and his team were! Now, this young man has grown his business based on “TRUST”, and they mean it! I’m hoping to not having to have another roof too soon but, when I do…TRUST me..I know who I will call! Congrats Robin, I’m proud of you and yours! Nona
