We had prompt and professional service. Great communication and updates. Jonathon was professional and kind. It was not a plumbing “emergency” but we were so thankful he came out on a Saturday to help us and charge a reasonable fee. We would highly recommend this company.

There was an emergency leak. Plumbing Detectives got someone out here immediately.
John was so kind and so thorough. He explained everything in detail. My mobile home is new but defective. He is making a report so I can present it to the builder. Can't say enough good things about this company and John.

We had a leak from a water line we arent even using but it caused a mess, Plumbing Detectives came out within a few hours and got everything fixed. Able to speak to an human over the weekend and book an appointment for a scoping service. Showed up within the timeframe booked. Listened, and gave detailed description of what we were to expect from the service. Gave quotes before servicing. Let us have the footage of the scope they did. Gave suggestions for maintenance without pressure or fear manipulation. Was courteous of our home and removed there footwear before entering. They left us feeling that we made the right choice of plumbing company. I NEVER give reviews. However, Plumbing Detectives all around experience merits one, and it’s 5+ stars

If I could give more stars, I would! I had an unexpected leak on a Sunday and was worried I’d have to wait until Monday for help—but they showed up within the hour! Super professional, fast, and friendly. The issue was fixed quickly and efficiently, and the peace of mind was priceless. If you need someone reliable in a pinch, this is the plumber to call. Absolutely five-star service!

Tim is a great guy, got me all patched up in no time. Same day repair to replace my bathroom faucet which was spraying water from the handle.

We called Tim on a Sunday with an emergency link and he responded immediately. We ended up having them replumb our house and we were impressed with the skill and efficiency with which they worked. Nick and John work great as a team. Very neat and clean and organized. Reasonable price and Tim was very honest and reliable. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. From the very first call, the service was outstanding. Lauren got us on the schedule immediately and worked around our busy calendar with no issues. Jonathon and Alyssa were incredibly friendly, informative, and transparent throughout the visit. When they discovered roots in the drain, they brought in Tim to take a closer look and provided us with camera footage to clearly explain what was going on. They walked us through their findings with honesty, offering thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. The transparency and professionalism were truly refreshing. Mason and Tim were truly professional in the work they did on our ADA bathroom renovation. I would highly recommend their services as they were competitive, timely and complete.

Highly recommend! They did a full supply line repipe for me in an emergency situation. Each time they said they would show up they showed up on time got to work and cleaned up before they left. Mason even got the job done sooner than expected

We had 2 outside faucets that were not working. I called and they had a tech at my house within an hour. John did a great job and now both faucets are working fine. Excellent response and work

John and Jake did an awesome job replacing a hot water heater. They showed up on time and completed the job in a short time. Should be a ten star rating.
