Why do I only trust Expert Appliance Tech? Professionalism, always on time, very knowledgeable, honesty, affordable. If the appliance is good to keep & fix he will fix it for you, if is not, he is completely honest and tells you not to spend your money on fixing it. It was a great reference so I’m passing the reference along. Mr. Omar works on all appliances (has done it for all of my family members). I’m happy to say that because he only uses original parts I was able to get a year warranty on my appliances that he worked on. Highly recommended!!

Omar was awesome! We had given up on our old refrigerator until we called Omar from a referral. We have Kenmore Elite refrigerator with an LG compressor. He knew what the problem was and fixed it in an hour. We are very grateful for his knowledge and expertise. He saved us money and allowed us to keep the refrigerator we love. Thank you!

Expert Appliance Tech was the first company to return my call (in only 4 business hours!) regarding our 10 year old LG fridge at the office. Omar called me the night before to confirm a window, texted upon arrival, gave me an honest assessment of the repair, and allowed me a couple of days to decide if it was worth it to replace the compressor on an older unit. We even had to reschedule and he was gracious enough to adapt to our business hours. Then I was late and he waited for me! I wish they did service in Pinellas county because I'd call him any time for my home appliances!

After calling several other companies and none of them wanting to have any part of repairing the LG fridge, only Omar was willing to come out and check things out. He worked with us on the scheduled time, showed up, got to work and quickly identified the issue. He fixed it in no time and charged such a fair price that we actually paid him more than what he invoices us for. I strongly calling Expert Appliance Techs and let Omar fix your appliances. We certainly will call on him again.

Today was my second time using Expert Appliance Tech. Today Omar replaced the heating element in my dryer. He's simply the best choice for any appliance repair!!

On-time, responsive, cleans up and most of all fair-priced! He's factory trained, has the modern tools and software for all the electronic repairs. 1 year warranty on factory parts!

Omar is great technician and was very helpful. Even after he repaired my LG compressor he helped me with advice. A very nice and knowledgeable person.

The best appliance repair service in Tampa. Have used them multiple time. Omar is always fair and even showed me how to do a deep clean of my washer. I’m constantly disappointed by contractors- not these guys. Will call in the future again.

Omar was extremely professional and did an excellent job! I had another company come out to the house and quote me a price 3 times more expensive. I then called the manufacturer of my refrigerator and they gave me Expert Appliance’s phone number. On time/fair and reasonable pricing/clean/pleasant/prompt. Expert Appliance Tech walked into a repair situation that was already two months old. They swiftly diagnosed the true problem and undertook a massive repair job cheerfully. Because of their eye for detail and determination to get my washing machine back on track, we have our washer back and our lives are much easier for it. I’m grateful and will call Expert Appliance Tech the next time an appliance gives me trouble.

Omar was prompt, efficient and affordable. He diagnosed my LG refrigerator's problem and fixed it with an updated part which needed an adjustment to fit my appliance. Additionally, he suggested the best operational temps for my fridge. It works great. I will use Omar for all my appliance repairs.

Omar performed diagnostic tests on our appliances and provided information to allow us to make an informed decision to either repair or replace. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Lastly, he was extremely fair and reasonable with his pricing.

Omar was a straight shooter. Diagnosed the problem with my LG dishwasher. Made some good recommendations as to how to maintain it better. Ordered a part that needed replacing and got it installed lickety-split. Great communication via text for scheduling purposes. I’ll be searching him out the next time an appliance goes down…

Omar was wonderful. When I called and explained the problem he gave me an honest answer, not the most expensive answer. He came out a couple of days later and had the problem fixed within minutes. My washer runs beautifully now. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. Nice to know an honest businessman.

Omar saved me over $1,000 on unnecessary replacement of parts for my Frigidaire Pro Refrigerator that I was quoted from 2 other companies. A friend referred me to Omar. Honesty and morals are hard to find these days. Expert Appliance Tech is the real deal! I would recommend them every time! Thank you Omar for your honesty & quality hard work!

Omar performed a diagnostic test on our LG Washer and provided information to allow us to make a decision to repair our washer. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable on LG washers. He even provided us a tip on future routine maintenance. Finally, the pricing for services and repairs were accommodating for our budget. We plan to keep them on our contact list for future services.

Omar is excellent! He has fixed our refrigerator/freezer twice. ( different issues)he is extremely friendly, honest and reasonable. He gets back to you and is timely .He works on all appliances as well.

Omar was excellent. He arrived on time (actually, earlier than expected) and he was fast an efficient. Even showed me a few tricks on the dryer that I didn't know. He came to service it cause it wasn't drying properly. Now its like new again. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fortunately the first company LG suggested refused to drive the approximate 10 miles.

Update October 2024
After returning from a trip out of town due to Hurricane Milton, I noticed that my refrigerator was not operating properly. My wife reached out to Omar and scheduled a visit the following week. Omar quickly diagnosed the issue and the cost was extremely fair. Omar is not only a very skilled appliance technician, he is also honest.

Omar did an awesome job repairing our LG refrigerator. We were having problems with the water dispenser, and it was a bit tricky to identify the correct parts to replace, but Omar had no problem with it. We had to wait a bit for the correct parts to come in, but once replaced, it worked wonderfully. I think his services are very reasonably priced. Great job, Omar!!! Highly recommended!!!
