Three days after Milton hit, I got my electricity back — and what I thought was a dead thermostat. OEL came and fixed my more serious problem approximately three hours after my service call **even though THEIR electricity is still out, FIVE days after Milton hit**!! OEL are magnificent!

About two months ago, my family had problems with both our home AC and our business AC (barbershop).

Their response time for both times was incredibly fast, very quick response both by phone and coming to the shop/home. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The first time we used OEL was for our home AC, they were able to replace the capacitor (pretty sure that is the name of the piece) and charged much less than our previous AC person was trying to charge us (we didn’t even tell them how much the competition was trying to charge us!). Not only that, they informed us that the AC was actually still under warranty, which the other AC person had said that the warranty had expired already. They replenish the gas and the AC has been working great again.

The second time that we used their services was for our barbershop AC issues. They uncover that it was primarily a drain issue due to poor construction of the complex. They drained and cleared it, and then covered it with a mesh to prevent debris from clogging it again. They also replaced some fuse/switches and got the AC working strong again.

I recommend them 100%, give them a call for your AC needs!

We haven't used them yet, but I can tell you that they have gone way above and beyond any other HVAC companies that we've contacted. I have a feeling I know who IS getting our business! The owners are so nice, professional, and friendly. They are detailed and take their time to actually find out what you need. I'm very impressed!

This family run company is amazing. They replaced our HVAC unit in one day. The owner was on site the entire to to ensure all work was properly completed. I highly recommend this fantastic company!

We love OEL AC and Heating!!! We have used them for about 3 years for out home and a rental. We are under contact with them. They are quick to respond, twice they can out on a holiday, always on time professional and get the job done correctly! Can't say enough about them. I wish other companies would operate as they do. Man I can't say enough good things about this company. My wife and I started having an issue with our AC last night and after trying to troubleshoot it I realized it was beyond my expertise and potentially very unsafe for me to attempt repair myself (especially since I wasn't even 100% sure it was the problem).

I called another company this morning (Sunday) and hadn't heard back so I gave OEL a call based on a friend's recommendation. The lady who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. She told me a technician would be dispatched and should be here in 1-2hrs max. She said he would even precall me before arriving so I knew he was on the way.

Not even 20 minutes later I get a call from Wyatt saying he was 15 minutes away! Incredible.  He showed up, very professional and polite. Introduced himself to me, my wife, and our 4 year old son separately. He also took all the safety precautions we have to take in today's world. He got right to work and immediately found the problem.

He came back out of our extremely tight attic and explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He even took some photos on his phone to give me a visual. I mentioned a couple other issues I noticed with our AC in the past and he checked those out as well.

He fixed the initial problem he was called out for and ended up finding the source to the two other things I was concerned about. He explained the fees
to me before performing the work so I knew exactly what the charges would be.

This is the type of company I love to do business with. Professional, Polite, Efficient, and Informative. Wyatt is top-notch and so is OEL.

Wyatt I'm sorry bud I owe you that bottle of water next time you come out. I offered you one and completely forgot to get it for you man!

The service tech Gabriel was very knowledgeable and conducted himself in a professional manner. He answered every question that I had about the HVAC system.

The tech Gabe was very respectful and nice, did an excellent job, before fixing, talked to me about the issue and how much it was going to cost, than fixed it and we have air! This all took less than 24hrs. I will recommend them to everyone.

Personnel arrived promptly and on time. The two gentlemen were professional personable efficient and very pleasant to work with. The request at work was performed very quickly and the quotation was provided accurately and was very acceptable.

I will continue to use OEL because they are dependable, professional, reliable, pleasant and fix the problem the first time with no issues. What more can you ask for?

OEL Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job of installing our AC unit and AC Handler. Additionally they took care in making sure not to leave a mess behind.  They came the very next day after a call for service and the day after to install a new unit. I would definitely use them again and recommend them! High quality service and unit!

Both my daughter, and myself, had our AC's replaced several years ago by OEL! Have had great experiences with them and their totally qualified, friendly and efficient personnel over those years. Trustworthy and very, very professional! I highly recommend them!

I have a maintenance agreement with OEL, and they never disappoint.
They are professional, very knowledgeable, and very prompt in responding when we call. I particularly appreciate Wyatt and his level of courtesy. He always communicates very clearly what the need is, and what my options are to repair or replace.

Wonderful experience. Gabriel came out same day and took care of my broken capacitor, totally reasonable price and very professional! He had all the parts on hand and left everything in good order. I'll definitely call again if we ever need any HVAC work!

UPDATE: Had another issue with an HVAC unit at my house, Gabe took a lot of time to carefully troubleshoot and diagnose the problem, breaking down and isolating each potentially problematic part. Even after regarding the compressor as the problem, Gabe kept going and it turned out the issue wasn't the compressor at all, but an Easy Start kit. He bypassed it and got the system running again. Thank you for being so honest and diligent!

OEL has always been great fitting me into their schedule when issues have come up. All of the service people I have met and spoken with are always polite, respectful, and helpful. I always recommend them if someone asks for a/c company.

I made a call to OEL Heating and Cooling, after having another of the many air condition companies in the Tampa Bay Area come out and tell me that I needed a new system, Chad came out within hours to give me a second opinion. After diagnosing my air condition problems, he spent time showing me the problem that I was having with my system. He explained to me in detail my option of repairing the system to getting a new system. He also told me that he would email me all the estimates. When I received the estimates, they were easy to read and the pricing was upfront. I selected OEL Heating and Cooling and within two days Chad and Wyatt arrived at 9am sharp. Within hours, the old system was gone and I was sitting in a cool home.

This company is amazingly helpful and doesn't give you the run around about fixing a unit. They are very responsive and prices are great too! Wyatt, the technician who serviced my AC was very knowledgeable and informative to explain what happened, what needed to be done, and how to protect my system from future breakdowns. There are not enough great words for man and this company! Highly recommended!

I am so happy I found this company after moving to Florida back in 2022! I was very fortunate to get Gabe last year for my first a/c maintenance check up...and so happy that I had him again in 2024! Between him and Tammy from the office I am very, very pleased with OEL!!!

New system installed by Chad and Wyatt, they were very professional. I judge people by how little details are made sure are done correctly. I was very satisfied. The new system runs better than I expected the hot rooms are so comfortable now. We are impressed with the outcome. Chad and Wyatt are so polite I recommend this OEL company.
