They were trimming trees in my neighborhood stopped and ask for a quote on my trees gave me a good price were at my home the next day tree was trimmed and loaded to haul away cleaned up all debris very friendly and fast will definitely use them again

Prompt service, hard workers, and great prices! I have a big oak tree that hangs over my driveway. They knocked on my door asking if I wanted some branches cut that were hanging above my garage. They trimmed the tree the same day as quote. I had them come out again with a climber to cut down some higher branches also. Would use them again. Thanks guys!

They offered to trim 2 Live Oaks and 1 Palm tree. I accepted and they began work immediately. They cleaned up when they were done, the job was done to my satisfaction. Thanks I may call on you for some other projects.

Don’t waste your time with 10 Star. After cutting the tree they never cleanup. And pay after completely finished the work. They always asking money for dumping/labor payment/equipment rental.

Real life scammers. Preyed on my vulnerable, elderly neighbor who saw them hanging around the neighborhood. My neighbor paid a $2,000 deposit and they came, cut down 5-10 branches and left a mess in our yard - never returned.

Scam. Did not return to clean up after payment. Will not respond to texts. Didn’t even have an extension ladder. Had to use mine. Two weeks later and the branches are still there. Did the Same thing to my neighbor. I will now pay a real company to finish the job. Go elsewhere.

This company 10 Star Trees is a scam! They will come out cut your trees, promise you that they'll pick them up in the morning when they have the trailer, and never return. This happened to me Thursday April 7. This is a reoccurring theme within these reviews and if this is an actual, registered business ... I'll be forwarding my complaint to the better business bureau 😊

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCREWED WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TREE SERVICE!!! Needless to say they did not finish the job. Paid $700 and this is what I get!! All left in my yard and neighbors yard!!!!

These people are thieves. They come to your door and offer to trim your tree and clean it at a reasonable price but all the while with a plot on how to disappear with your money. They cut our tree, packed a few branches and promised to return the following day. Weeks later, they have not returned. When informed that he will be reported to the authorities, he said, “You can do whatever you want. There is no way I am coming back there”. He then blocked my number and refused to come back. Don’t be deceived, they come as a family so they are all in on the scam. See what we were left with after they refused to come back to clean.

I would not recommend this company unless you want to clean up after them. They worked one day with a promise to return the following day. Another promise to return 2 days later - again they were a no show. The last promised day was last Friday and of course they were again a no show. They do not answer their phone and they don’t respond text messages. This has been going on for the better part of a month. Not worth the aggravation of dealing with this company.

You never mentioned anything about keeping the $100 as you still had the 2 small trees to cut down. I was raised to not lie to people. I hope karma pays you back 10 fold!
