Emilio did an awesome job! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. We have cool air now on all floors!

Me and my pregnant wife rode out Hurricane Debbie with a broken air conditionair, reaching out to Island Aire ended the worst 24 hours of her pregnancy. In less then favorable weather conditions, the Island Aire team promptly and completely solved our air conditioning problems, even with being patient as we corralled our puppies to a safe room as the work progressed.
1,000% Recommend !!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Emilio. He was very thorough and professional. I love that you don't push your techs to hard sell their customers like other companies do.

Had an issue with HVAC. I originally thought it was the thermostat so I had them come out and replace it.
After replacing, the same issue was happening letting me know it wasn’t the thermostat.
I called Island Aire back and told them I’m having the same issue.
The owner came out the following day and diagnosed and replaced the bad part. He only charged me $75 for labor and gave me the new parts for free. Which I was told cost about $200 in parts.
I would definitely recommend Island Aire if you’re looking for an affordable HVAC company that stands behind their work and won’t leave you hanging.

Very good experience. My AC stopped working and I called Island Aire to repair it (they originally installed the system for the prior owner of the home). They called me back promptly, scheduled an appointment and Alberto (the service tech) arrived on time. Alberto was very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He even checked to see of the part (a control board) was on warranty and it was saving me money. A few days later the part was in, the repair was scheduled, and Alberto was back to complete the repair. I am a service business owner and was very impressed with Island Aire and Alberto. I highly recommend them for residential AC repair/replacement.

This is my second 5-star review - highly deserved as a result of the follow-up customer service that the Island Aire team of professionals have provided to us since our install in December 2022.

Not even the highest priced A/C is guaranteed to be perfect from Day 1, and when we had some concerns that we wanted Evan to investigate, the folks from Island Aire didn’t hesitate to show up, investigate the concern - and do whatever was needed to remedy it.

Because our old system had a custom modification, our new system needed some after-install tweaking to perform at the same capacity the old system did. The team showed up, made it right, and satisfied our concerns.

Evan, Joe, Christian as well as the entire staff, Carmen, Sharon, and everyone at Island Aire - we can not (say) enough good things about these professionals, and we are happy and confident to recommend Island Aire to all our friends and neighbors.

Island Aire put in a new AC system for in March 2023, the Installation was fast, clean and the staff was extremely professional. Over the last year I have had general questions and the Island Aire team always comes over to help me in a timely and professional manner. Today I called to have them look at something and they were here within the hour. A lot of people can sell you an AC but the service after that isn't guaranteed. I would highly recommend Island Aire for a new AC Unit and Service!!!

We have had Island Aire come several times for service and they are excellent. We also needed to replace our unit and Island Aire was the most reasonable. There was another company that wanted to charge twice as much. Island Aire is an honest and delivers a complete service. I have recommended them to 3 other people just this month. 👍👍

Aree, Alex, Phil, Justin, Ralf and Thomas di a great job. Replaced 2 ac units in condo in one day. Finished by 5pm. Very impressed with speed an quality. Had a old wire issue that popped up that night and Aree was out the next morning to fix it. Couldn't be more pleased with the crew.

Island Aire delivered exceptional emergency service and was able to diagnose a difficult fault code with extensive research with manufacture of our unit, promptly got replacement part that was still on warranty, and promptly followed up with repair.
Techs( I forget their names) were professional, competent and personable.
I built my house here in Tierra Verde 23 yrs ago and up until
noe have always use the company in Clearwater that installed my 3 units and gave had service contracts with them ..
But they failed me and I am switching my service contracts to Island Aire.

I had a great experience with Island Aire. Emilio was on time and very thorough. He told me I didn’t have to change one of my filters so that was nice. I signed up for the Gold Plan.

We were last stop on Emilio’s shift which ended at 5:00. He was running late from difficult jobs & couldn’t get here until 5:40. Ours was another tough AC job which could not be fixed that day. He was patient, proficient, polite & calm. He came back a different day with the same demeanor & solved the problem. Great service from Emilio & Isalnd Aire again! Thanks, guys!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I am so happy with this company. We are renovating a townhouse on the island and I know the HVAC is old. I asked Island Aire to come out an assess the system, conduct maintenance, and give me some help making the system last for a year. David, the tech that came out was great. He went through the whole system and explained how the dust we made in the demolition was affecting the air handler and how we can prevent the build up on the coil and recommended changing the filter even more than the weekly I am doing now. He cleaned the condenser and explained how i needed to treat it to keep it working. I am now going to use this team from here on out. Nice to have a local company here on the island that I can trust. Thanks so much for being great neighbor.

We have used Island Aire a few times now over the past couple of years and are very happy with them.

We originally found them after having a terrible experience with a contractor and his "preferred" HVAC company. It was a very expensive mistake the previous company made. The owner, Evan, made sure we understood what the problem was and what the fix would be. We were very apprehensive but Evan really worked hard to gain our trust. From the from office staff, scheduling to install and post job follow up was great. We had a couple of issues with different parts of the unit since then and Evan's team has done a good job of taking care of us!

Evan even help us over the phone after hours to trouble shoot our unit before sending a tech out after Hurricane Idalia flooded our house & neighborhood. With his help we were back up and running without a service call.

Today our unit was not working and they got Christian here in less than 6 hours. Christian was here for an hour and we were back up & running. Service call, repair & parts were under $300. We would recommend Evan and his team without hesitation!

We had a new HVAC installed last week and I want to acknowledge the team of Aree, Alex, Thomas, Phillip, Justino and Ralf. They did an outstanding job and were able to get our AC unit placed on a 7-foot-high platform. I highly recommend Island Aire.

When shopping for a new A.C. unit for my condo I did my research, contacted 5 different local A.C. companies and selected Island Aire. Their price was competitive, their installers were knowledgeable, respectful of my home, efficient, and left my home the way they found it. The owner Evan even came by to make sure we were completely satisfied and best of all there were no surprises. I highly recommend Evan and his staff of professionals!

Excellent installation team. Michael Scrogham assisted by Phil and Aree. They worked start to finish no breaks.

What I saw was unusual. Michael’s phone was ringing all day. It was other techs asking for advice and collaborating on problem solving. It happened in reverse when Michael reached out for help with his installation. He received numerous offers for help. About six techs were here at various times. It was an impressive display of teamwork.
