The company sends you appointment reminders and even gives live ETA updates when the tech is headed to your appointment. Great company, 1st and only choice going forward!

Came home to a house that was 85*inside
couldn't get the company I usually go with they had no time for me too busy.Arnold from Venice Cooling and Heating came right out and had the problem solved and fixed even though it was raining out so glad I found a company that even when there all booked up would still show up. The maintenance guy, Donald was outstanding in explaining what he was doing and why. He was thorough in his exam of our system and made realistic recommendations for upgrades/improvements. And he was completely professional and a nice guy.

Jim and I were in a difficult situation with another air conditioning company that after their installation just 10 months prior, the Englewood based company wouldn’t be able to repair our new appliance for up to six weeks? We started the night before the new installation with Andrew and the very next morning we had Justin and his partner installed are new air conditioner.
