Murphy’s law had set in: inside leak & no way to turn off the water! I called Jenny & she waved her wand & Mark appeared! Mark did his magic by opening the dry wall, soldering the pipe, changing the damaged parts & everything fixed! What a peace of mind! We sure don’t want to waste our precious Florida water, it can’t be taken for granted! Many many thanks to the entire See-Ray team,

We recently did an entire remodeling of our kitchen and See-Ray Plumbing was excellent. They even responded immediately to our home when we had an unexpected time restraint dealing with our contractor. Excellent service and professionalism. I highly recommend.

I called Sea Ray about my problem, and they made room for me the next day to address my issues. Their, Technician George, took care of my 3 problems in record time. Not only was he quick but he was efficient, had excellent knowledge of my issues and left the area spotless. Their personal staff was pleasant and easy to deal with.

When it comes to plumbers, I know that there are so many options just right here in Vero Beach. After dealing with See-Ray, I know who I will be calling EVERY TIME!

Used them a lot few years ago and was happy until two issues, which I never complained about; just went elsewhere. Thought I would try them again in 2023 Job 1, fine. Job 2, fine. Job 3, two service calls, issue still not fixed and failure to communicate on several levels. Going to pay the $284.00 bill and move on since they haven’t responded for two weeks now. Very disappointing. Prefer consistency.

Have used their service for 4 years- called them to do an annual tankless hot water heater flush- 2 men show- takes one half hour by the tech as I watched other helper stood around and played with my dogs.
I get a bill for 1.5 hours @$95 per and 1.5 hours for helper at $45 per-
Called them to clarify-well the helper was there to go to another job- so why am I paying- job took 1/2 hour- do you charge travel time- no- after multiple call they agreed to 1 hour at $95 which would have been fair from the beginning instead of a $250 bill. Never the less they will not come back and it is mutual. THIEVES!

I was told by See-Ray that my elderly mother’s master bath septic pipes needed to be repaired. I requested a quote and a time when they could come back to fix the pipes, and after calling them numerous times over the next month asking for a call back, I never received one. I had to get another plumber out to diagnose the problem and it turned out not to be nearly as severe as See-Ray claimed. The other plumbing company promptly repaired the problem within a few days. If you’re looking to be shown the slightest bit of respect as a customer, go “See” someone else.

After using a plumbing company for many of my repairs over the years, I naturally called them again when I bought a condo and needed some repairs done . They came on time and did the work, however, the plumber forgot to install a small washer and the repair leaked overnight. We were flooded the next day. I called and they sent the man back to find the problem. He went to his truck and found the washer in the box that the parts came in, installed it and left.The two back to back bathrooms and the hallway was soaked.We had a company come in and set up fans and driers for three days,at a cost of 1,339.00 dollars.( I paid the plumbing company 640.00). Naturally I sent the plumbing company the bill to be handled through there business liability insurance, or so I thought. See-ray plumbing will not return my calls ,nor my emails. They will not take care of this problem. I would highly recommend that you not use this company. They are very unethical, and as plain to see they really don't know how to plumb.I intend to do everything in my power to bad mouth this hack plumber.Do yourself a favor , stay away from this guy, Maybe he doesn't have liability insurance.
