Amazing and prompt service. Went above and beyond taking care of our broken furnace on a long weekend with extremely low temps outside. Not only was the work done well but with a gracious and kind spirit and attitude.

This past summer (2017) our AC was not cooling. I started calling businesses that offered 7/24 service. All had voicemail. When I called ProTech, I not only was able to talk to him, but he said he was on his way home and could stop by!! My wife said she could see me relaxing and knew everything would be better! Today, I had what I thought to be an emergency situation at a rental property. When I reached out, I received a call back within minutes and an appointment was scheduled for that afternoon. Fortunately, he was able to immediately inform me that there wasn't a problem in the unit but he still did a walk through down to my basement to make sure we didn't miss anything. I appreciate the prompt response, honesty and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Abdel.
My heater wasn't working and it was only the circuit breaker. He took his time and taped up and looked the furnace over to make sure everything was ok.
When I asked how much he said no charge, I didnt really do anything.
I still made him take something.
By the time he left I felt like I made a new friend.

I recently had an issue with my central air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the summer we've seen so far. I was being given a line by several of the usual repair outfits that they were booking 4 days out. That wasn't going to work.

I called ProTech slightly hesitantly as there's no real website or internet presence, besides these google reviews, but my called was answered promptly.

When asked my location, I was told he'd be onsite in 20 minutes. True to his word, he rolled into my driveway right on time.

As others have mentioned, Abdel was very happy to take the time and describe the issues I was facing, what the resolution was and likely costs.

In the end, I was very happy and have already recommended him to other friends and family members. He's my goto for future HVAC issues.

I called Abdel on a blistering hot day when my a/c was not functioning properly, basically not blowing cold air. My Mother who is 77 was home so this was especially important for me to be addressed ASAP. He came that same day and took care of it. He was efficient, responsive and fair.

I'm so grateful for the good job done. He is the best in the business. I will definitely use Abdel again and recommend him to anyone with a heater or air conditioning problem.

I had my furnace stop working for me over Thanksgiving. Abdel was the only one to answer my phone calls on Friday. He was great. Thorough, explained everything and showed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and what steps needed to be taken. My heat is working now thanks to Abdel and the several other places I called (including one I was using in the past) never returned any of my messages except for one who said he couldn't take on anyone new. Well priced and great work. Thanks again Abdel.
