I live at Sea Ranch Club A in Lauderdale by the Sea. Restore Concrete Restoration Company has been delaying completion dates over and over again. The son, Fernando, walks around the property doing nothing, allowing his lazy workers to talk on their phones incessantly, while they should be working! No wonder our concrete restoration project is over budget with no oversight or organization leadership authority. Don’t hire this company unless you want to go way over budget and waste multiple hours of man power on their phones and don’t know what they’re doing. They knocked down 17 floors of balconies!!! For what? Re-bars weren’t even rusty! This company is a colossal mess and doesn’t deserve to even exist!

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. From my personal experience, they did not complete the agreed work and stopped communicating after receiving payment.

In my opinion, the owner was not honest and did not keep his word. I trusted the company to finish the job, but that never happened. I had to deal with delays, lack of responsibility, and no resolution.

I strongly recommend that others be very careful and make sure everything is clearly documented before making any payments.
