As a new homeowner and new to South Florida..I ran into issues with my AC and having lack of ventilation ran into issues on the upstairs portion of my townhouse..I called Kool Flow and they sent Jay and Rasheed who were really customer oriented ..they said the other guys coming out would fix the issues..each time there was a call to say we are on our way and the time frame in which the job would be completed ..Courtney and Andrew showed up completed the task and cleaned up after themselves the service was super professional..Kool Flow these guys are not just workers they are assets to the comapny..thank you again..As a Property Manager I valued this... The staff at Kool Flow were professional and friendly. This includes the administrative staff, maintenance person, and installation team. The Service was speedy and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Mr. Drexel is the best!

Sharon [office, Jerry [Management] and their installer were very responsive, courteous, detail oriented, professional and quality assured in their work from beginning to end for my HVAC split-system. Their quote was competitive-detailed, scheduling timely, and email, permit, and warranty follow-ups were done to complete satisfaction. A PLEASURE TO FINE THIS KIND OF SERVICE.

A friend of mine recommended this company .
They were at the house, within the same day , to give me a quote for a new AC unit .
Mr Dwight gave me a good reasonable quote, and patiently answered all of my questions .
2 days later , Mr. Courtney and Mr Mark, installed they new AC .
They were also very patient , professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my additional questions. Sharon at the office, is super nice , efficient, reassured me, and explained the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company, and would use them again.
