I had reached out to Isaac a year ago to surprise my husband by trimming a couple palm trees in our backyard. It didn’t work out then (my husband is hard to surprise!) and so with very short notice a few days ago I contacted Isaac once again and said, do you think we could pull this off? Literally, with 48 hours notice he confirmed he would have a crew at my home to trim the palms yesterday. They did a great job and cleaned up every bit of what they cut off. It’s a significant difference and very healthy for the trees going forward. Thanks, Isaac! You did work some scheduling Magic there!
