Nile made my day. He was very personable and I had a very good rapport with him. My plumbing issues were taken care of in a very professional manner and I would highly recommend him. I would request him if I needed plumbing services in the future.

To deal with Roto once again has been such a wonderful experience despite such an unfortunate event with our buildings pumbling. our service man Nile was absolutely wonderful. knocked out our issues very quickly and took the time to educate us on how things operate and learned so much about Florida water and minerals and how it can damage and what options to look into for prevention. His courteous and professional demeanor was stellar.

We had 8 condos with no working toilets thanks to a clog in the drain pipes. Jesse used his camera to find the problem. We had to remove a kitchen to get to the pipe. The floor was excavated and the pipe was cut and replaced.
The company was on the problem from start to finish . I recommend Roto Rooter

Sean came out to a nightmare situation. In no time he had all 3 of our bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers) fully functioning! 10/10 service, and we were educated on future prevention and upkeep!

Jordan came to my home to assess the issue with a water back up into the house. He assess the problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. He had some concerns and said he would send the supervisor Jesse out to take a look the next day, Jesse arrived, made an assessment And said that everything looked OK. Both these gentlemen were fantastic. I felt I was in the company of two honest workers, which in my opinion is very rare. I would trust them to return to my home should I have any future problems. Roto Rooter is awesome and is lucky to have these two young men working for them.

Hello, we had the pleasure to have your technician at our home today. Nile Roman . He was the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever met with . He repaired my clogged sink and explained to me what not to put in
My garage disposal. Nile was kind and helpful

Tevin was super helpful during a very stressful situation with a leak in my sink. The situation was contained and dealt with immediately and same day I called!
I was lucky they sent such a kind soul over!

Had a clogged sink on the day after Thanksgiving and was not sure anyone was willing to come up. Called four companies and then Roto-Rooter Plumbing Weston and they were the only ones willing to come out that day. They in fact, came out within two hours and fix the problem right away. Worked with Clive, who was great. Showed me what the problem was and also possibly diagnosed a long-term issue which they are going to follow up on for free. Appreciate their willingness and availability to help. Highly recommended.

Michael did a terrific job on our clogged sewer line. Came a long way, end of the day, and he was a great guy who got us fixed up within a few minutes.

Would highly recommend for anyone having plumbing or sewer line issues.
