Garbage disposal stopped working after a jam. I thought it needed replacing. They fixed it instead and saved me money. Appreciate that honesty.

A loose faucet handle made operation difficult. The handle assembly was tightened and adjusted correctly. Movement became smooth and controlled. The faucet works as intended now.

A leaking water heater pipe was repaired by their plumber who replaced damaged fittings tested hot water flow and ensured it worked safely

Hot water took too long to reach distant taps. The plumber fixed the circulation issue. Water heats up much faster now. Very impressed.
