My washer decided to stop on a Saturday night abt 8:30 full of clothes and water and was leaking. Because of their ratings I called and Keith came by 9:30 and diagnosed my washer drum had separated from base and had just died. He took off back panel showed me the mess which it made etc. Explained everything very well. While there he also looked fridge water button that had been broken he looked up easy part on Amazon and sent me link!! Told me how to clip it in. He did GREAT work and explained things well. Great work and nice person also.

A power failure where I store my RV caused the ice in the ice-maker to melt and re-freeze in a lump that broke the ice bin. Had a new ice bin sent to my next stop in Winter Garden FL BUT it would not set in place. I contacted Keith at Winter Garden Appliance Service and he set up a same day appointment and, after a bit of investigation and trouble-shooting, got the bin settled into place. Keith is very friendly, knowledgeable and persistent is finding and fixing a problem. I Highly recommend him.

Keith walked me through some troubleshooting tips on an old washer. He said he could fix it but probably best off replacing due to age and other things breaking later. Appreciate the honesty. A+. Thanks.

Keith promptly answered my call and was able to come out same day to figure out what was happening with our washing machine. He spent almost three hours at the house and was very honest and thorough. I highly recommend him!!

Keith was great ! Honest and reliable , he told us exactly what was wrong and even showed us how to fix it , he fixed our refrigerator and now we know what to do in the future ,although we will probably call him again if we ever need to . The refrigerator is good as new and he saved us a lot of money ! We highly recommend him !

Wonderful. He came to the house very soon after I called. When I needed a follow up visit the next day, he said I would, he came asap and fixed my fridge as good as new.

Had a great experience with a very time sensitive situation. Less than 24 hours before hurricane Ian hit my fan broke in my refrigerator and was no longer cooling. After calling around to multiple places who could not get to me in time I called Winter Garden Appliance. He was able to get out to me (which happened to be outside of his normal geographic service area) within an hour and had my refrigerator fixed with 45 minutes! So thankful they were available to help!

Service was done extremely quickly after we reported issue. Keith was extremely polite and asked all the correct things. He discovered our issue (a broken knife tip in the dishwater pump fan preventing it from draining) and saved us money. I’m sure others might just have charged us for a whole new pump or motor. He put everything back and cleaned up before he left. I would have him back out in a heartbeat for any future issues we may have.

I found Keith and Winter Garden Appliance Services last year. I have used him to repair both my washer & my dryer. Keith does awesome work at a great price! He is polite, stays in communication if running late, and went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repaired and will continue to call on him should I have a problem. Thanks Keith!

Answered the phone (unusual these days) and made an appointment to come the same day. Kept me apprised of his arrival time. Was able to identify the problem and fix it without ordering a whole bunch of expensive parts. Followed up to be sure all was well. I’d highly recommend Keith.

My Samsung dryer stopped heating. I called Keith from a google search and he was very nice, explained how he prices his services. That made me feel comfortable and gave me a sense of trust. I called at 3:40 and he was here at 5:10(early!). 30 min and $160 later my dryer is heating again. My dryer hose was too long and got crimped in the back tripping the heat sensor. Heating element was protected by it. I can see people like me getting taken advantage of by telling me I needed to replace the expensive part and not the $10 part. He cut the hose and positioned it properly. Thank you Keith!
