Devin is a friendly and professional tech. He came to my house on time. Found the issue quickly. Made necessary effort to clean my AC condensate water pipe, which is clogged badly, and the root cause why my AC would shut down after a few minutes running. He recommended the annual maintenance program with Armstrong. I decided to try the service. Thanks.

We were EXTREMELY impressed with Armstrong’s service from beginning to end. Starting with Tami, she reached out & actually listened to our problem & immediately worked on getting us scheduled. She was soo kind & can tell she genuinely wanted to help us out. She made a stressful situation stress free! Armstrong sent out their tech Michael Pereira & we are so glad they did! Prior to arrival, Michael made sure to give us a call & provide his ETA. He showed up exactly at the time he said he would & immediately got to work. He was extremely professional, sharp, & respectful! He diagnosed the issue right away & got straight to work. We were VERY impressed with the whole service! He was thorough & explained everything he did in a way that made sense. Truly a 10 out of 10 service! If I could give this review more stars I definitely would! We will for sure be recommending Armstrong to others!

Very personable and knowledgeable. Explained the service needed for my air conditioner very clearly. Even cleaned out the lizard skeleton that was in the condenser unit! Also, I know his evaluation of the maintenance necessary for our unit is honest because I had another company out two days ago and that technician told me my condenser was in bad condition and that the biological growth—mold—on my unit was too far gone to do a pull and clean. Diandro explained that a surface cleaning should be sufficient. He also suggested a UV light to help curtail further growth. The other company suggested this, as well. But they wanted $1400 for a light. Diandro quoted the same UV preventative measures for only $495. Very helpful young man. Very patient and thorough. I trust this company more than the others I have worked with.

Colbi Giroax was amazing! He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. He quickly found the issue with my AC and had it working again in no time. Great attitude, knowledgeable, and honest — highly recommend Colbi for anyone needing dependable HVAC service!

Our experience with technician Colbi was excellent. Although our unit is relatively new, he provided clear suggestions and explanations about our system and what we could do to maintain it between maintenance checks. Colbi is now our preferred technician.

Tom has given me one of the best price for a new AC among 4 other companies in the area I had reached out to. And he got the system installed within 48h! They did replace all the old parts, exactly as it was promised to me, and installed the new system, inside and outside in about 6h. Very satisfied so far!

My AC started acting up during the last few days of May. It was obvious the unit wasn’t performing up to specs and we were concerned that with the busy AC season we wouldn’t be able to get a quick appointment. Armstrong Air scheduled us promptly with Diandro on May 28th. I was notified via a text that included his picture when he was on his way. Diandro arrived on time, professional, technically proficient and very caring. Within minutes of his arrival he had an idea of what was wrong with my old AC and after completing a multitude of tests, he presented us with several options to handle the problem. From coil replacement all the way to full unit replacement and options in between. The best part of his approach was that we had full decision making autonomy without pressure towards any specific solution! When questions about getting a new unit came up, his manager Pedro emailed me all the documentation needed to make a decision. Armstrong Air is exactly how a reputable company should conduct business. I can’t speak highly enough about Diandro and Pedro; friendly and personally available throughout the entire process. Even post installation. Pedro took the time to answer questions late into the night while I was out of the country on a business trip. They truly took care of it all. I’m so impressed with Diandro that I already requested him to be my tech of choice for any future needs!
We decided to upgrade our home AC system to the latest Carrier available. Pedro was able to schedule an install team and a Carrier unit with all my requests within 1 business day.
Brand new unit and install team arrived first thing June 3rd. Anthony and Alex were incredible. They took incredibly good care of my home, protected my wood floors and laundry machines on their way to the attic with a very heavy Carrier air handler. They felt like family. They made the installation a non-event for my family. Even my dog felt at ease while they moved around the house. The installation of the air handler in the attic is nothing short of a work of art. The ducts and attachments are picture perfect. However, my true appreciation for them came after observing Anthony and Alex lifting, removing and installing this massive units while navigating pool piping and heater. Not an easy task and they handled it with a smile on their face.

I am new to the area. We selected Armstrong just because they were the original installers of the AC system when the house was built, but I’m now a loyal customer after observing their high level of professionalism!

I can't believe how fast and efficient this process was! I called 3 HVAC companies and Armstrong called me back within 15 minutes of my request on Google. They sent out a technician the same morning and kept me abreast with text messages. Once a tech was assigned, they sent me a message with an email sharing the tech's picture. The tech, Michael was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and explained the entire process. He got my AC unit up and running in a couple of hours. He gave me different scenarios and recommendations. I was so impressed that I ended up feeling confident in my own next steps as a homeowner. Thank you Michael Sosa for your hard work on this call. I forgot to add: We decided to replace our entire HVAC system. Armstrong sent Fernando who was so patient in explaining the process. He was able to get us in the next day!!!! I was so pleasantly surprised, since we were only here a short time. Yoani and Keiner were amazing! They worked over 5 hours and ensured that I was aware of everything they did to the unit. Their job was exceptional! Thank you Armstrong for making this experience so easy for me!

We've used Armstrong since moving into our home in 2018 - we do regular maintenance but our AC went out on a weekend. They had Colbi out to our home within about an hour and he quickly diagnosed the issues and fixed it getting our AC up and running and educated us on a few things to be ready for with future maintenance. I'm so thankful he was available on a weekend because we can't imagine going without AC in this 80 degree weather we're facing in December.

Chad and Daniel’s, we’re our technician. Very professional and courteous. Arrive on time, call us when they were on their way. They explained in details everything took there time fixing the problem and explained the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone very satisfied customer.

We will only use Armstrong Air & Electric! They are easy to get in touch with, and their service from a to z is always impeccable. I called late on Friday evening, and they were able to schedule an appt for the following day at 1PM. I was so grateful, because July in Florida is a special kind of hot.
Fortunately, Devin was our technician. He is so polite, explained everything thoroughly, showed me exactly what the issue was, and patiently answered all 101 of my questions!
