I'm always pleased with the service of this company. The cost of repairs has been worth it, as it has saved me the untenable expense of purchasing new appliances. To date AAE has repaired my stove, the ice dispenser on my fridge, and now my dryer. I love the quality of service and would recommend them over any other repair service I have ever had before.

Great local appliance repair! Morgan is friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my LG dishwashers water pump and door spring. They are reliable, honest, and affordable. HIGHLY recommend for your appliance repair needs.

Called Apex for the first time when the ice maker in my refrigerator stopped dispensing. It initially looked like a part would need to be ordered but Morgan kept working and found that it was actually some hidden rust making a part stick. He cleaned it up, reinstalled, and the ice once again came tumbling down the chute. Before he left, I asked for a price for ordering and installing a part on my cooktop. When he came to install it, the job took less time and he adjusted the price without my asking. Carisa, who answers the phone and schedules appointments, is also very nice.

Our upstairs AC went out in the dead of summer...Morgan came out the same morning and quickly (and honestly) diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor. A month later, the capacitor went out on a different unit. Again, he quickly came out and replaced it, and waived the visit fee this time without us even asking.

It's difficult and stressful to find repair services you can trust, that's why I'm glad I was able to find Apex. Would recommend to anyone, anytime.

He has fixed the fender and the microwave. Morgan was very polite and friendly. He solved the issues on the appliances quickly. I strongly recommend his service. I would call him again in the future.

great service - diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, gave me a completely accurate assessment of cost if he were to fix it. went and picked up the piece and the whole thing was resolved within 2 hours (with 1:45 of that just ice thawing off in my freezer). Allowed me to pepper him with questions on how freezers work, what was broken, etc. would definitely use again and recommend to others

I own a Soul Food Restaurant in Orlando and I needed a a fryer, a freezer, and a frig. When I tell you he fixed them all! Ismael is a great asset to the company because he knows what he is doing. I recommend this company if you are a small business.

Apex definitely deserves the 5 stars that I am giving them. I have dealt with two companies over the last couple of years trying to get my ice maker working properly. After spending a few hundred bucks and no workable ice maker I gave up. A leak developed coming from the freezer this past year. I needed a repairman, but i would have to go with a new company. I read reviews and decided to go with this company. A TRAINED technician was at my house within two hours. He fixed the leak and let me know that I needed a new icemaker. Morgan had all my issues taken care of by the next day. I was sure i would be told i needed a new frig. I needed a well run business.

Ishmael was very knowledgeable and helpful in repairing my washer and giving me strategies to reduce wear and tear on the machine. I called on Thursday afternoon and the machine was fixed on Friday. As soon as he found the problem, Ishmael located the part, drove to orlando to get it and returned to make the repair. My washer is now as good as new!

Exceptional customer service! Morgan Benge with Apex Appliance took over a very frustrating issue I had with an unusual appliance. The manufacturer had been unhelpful, misleading, and unwilling to share information about the product! Morgan diligently researched and problem solved until he found the solution. He went far beyond what one would expect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services!

My landlord sent out another company to fix my dishwasher, they came five times and each time it was a nightmare. In the end machine wasn't fixed and they ended up blaming me for the problem and being quite rude. Morgan came once fixed not only my dishwasher but also my clothes dryer the FIRST TIME no problem and he was very polite and professional. Id highly recommend this company.

Herry solved the problem. The grill was building up gas and then flame out. After doing some careful investigating, he found the root cause was a simple fix. He saved me money.
