Palmer Electric Company did an outstanding job replacing our Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) electrical panels. Their workers, John R and Alonzo A, are extraordinary. They knew exactly what to do and did it very professionally. Palmer is fortunate to have such competent employees. I will definitely use Palmer Electric again if I need electrical services.

I have had a recurring issue with a breaker for 5 years. I've had several electricians fail to fix it. I had two ridiculously expensive estimates to do more work than necessary to fix the issue. Bob from Palmer Electric quickly identified and fixed the cause of the tripping circuit for a small fraction of the previous estimates. Honest, reliable and fair pricing. I highly recommend Palmer Electric.

Want to just let folks know that Wil Reddick did a great job walking me through a diagnosis over the phone and helped me get the power back on in my home. . His knowledge and coaching no doubt saved me hundreds of dollars with no service call needed. I would highly recommend this company for your service, repair, and electric needs!

If we could give them 10 stars We would. We first called several other companies and were unhappy with their quotes and lack of professionalism. We called Palmer to fix what we knew was a simple GFI problem. Gene came and was so good and honest. It was nice to have someone explain to me what was causing the issue, not just try to confuse me and charge me a lot of money. He did such a great job I asked for a quote on running power and putting in a fan and outlet on our patio. He took the time to test things and figure out how it would need to be installed (properly), so there were no surprises on the day of install. I am literally thrilled with how everything turned out. They made everything as simple and painless as possible.

From beginning of service to end, they were kind, efficient and helpful. My electrician Thomas V. was the absolute best! He even took the time to answer all of my random questions. Thank you Palmer & Thomas for a job well done 👏

We needed a wall outlet looked at so we contacted Palmer Electric. The electrician who came out, “Will”, was amazing. So knowledgeable, assured us that he could take care of it and did so in short order. And we thought the price was very reasonable for the work he did.

My first thought was, are you kidding me right now?! They are so thorough, helpful and totally gave me peace of mind right off the bat. Thank you Will R. and Alonzo!! They handled the debacle of my electrical situation in my kitchen with care and knowledge of all things electrical. Pretty much nothing was up to code. Then when the bill came, I was pleasantly surprised. I chose Palmer Electric due to their reviews here and so very glad I did. They are now my go-to for everything electrical, and there is a lot more to be done around the house. You "will not" go wrong with this great company. Thank you again!!

Our home warranty company was unable to promptly schedule an electrician to service a breaker box issue resulting in our AC turning off constantly (not ideal in Florida!). We called Palmer Electric for an emergency appointment to finally solve the issue. Both Bob and John were prompt, professional and empathetic (such a relief after our home warranty company), and our issue was resolved quickly and for a very reasonable price at 9 PM. Highly recommend!

Jason Reeves was fantastic! He came out same day to fix an electrical problem that was discovered during a kitchen remodeling. This kept us was stopping work on the remodel project. I would love to work with him again in the future.

The electricians were spectacular on a long job today. Jason especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly before he left! I would definitely recommend them again.

PE is awesome! They came out within 5 days and chased down a mystery problem. We thought we had a bigger issue than it turned out to be, so we actually saved a ton of money using PE. Our electrician, Michael, was very thorough and worked VERY quickly to keep the cost down as well.

I called Palmer Electric yesterday and Will Reddick was here this morning - quick response. Will was so polite, neat and efficient. He quickly diagnosed our problem and repaired it. He explained everything to us while he worked. He did a great job and cleaned up his work area when he was done. I was impressed and and very pleased with the cost of my service. I would definitely call Palmer Electric again and have Will as our service person.

Exceptional company! Palmer Electric is always fair and professional! Their electricians are very knowledgeable and they always provide a realistic and reasonable estimate up front. On the one occasion that a job was outside of the quoted price, they were extremely fair and transparent on the resolution. After numerous disappointing experiences with other companies, I have finally found an electrical company I like doing business with!

I first called Palmer to get help installing 2 fans & to fix my bathroom lighting. They got the job done the 1st time at a good price.

I was so happy with their work that I called them again to set up my home security system. They did a great job too! I love that I can monitor my home from my phone! I also get alerts when my alarm is "on" or "off" and I can control remotely my lights & thermostat. Thank you Palmer! You are the best Orlando electricians I have worked with!

We were having power issues with an area of outlets in the kitchen. My problem was diagnosed with another company and was told the main breaker needed to be replaced. That company was unable to complete the work order the same day as guaranteed so I opted for a full refund. Blessing in disguise really. I reached out to Palmer who with a full schedule still came to see. Turns out the lugs for the breaker needed tightening and no replacement was needed. Save me hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately integrity is dying with these sort of services. Not the case with Palmer. You folks are awesome!!!

I had a great experience with Palmer Electric. I had to have my main circuit breaker and meter base replaced. I opted for a few other things to upgrade my service and add generator hookups.

The original call was handled in a day (as well he tightened up a few things to ensure we wouldn't have problems before the work could be done). I received a written estimate in a day. When I approved the work and put down a deposit, the work and ALL associated work (permitting, scheduling with Duke for power down and restore) were scheduled within a few weeks which is impressive considering the coordination required.

I did have lots of questions about all of this and did call the office a few times between scheduling and the work to ask questions. The staff was always more than happy to talk to me and explain how things would happen. As well, I requested a few changes to the original quote and these changes were added without issue.

The quote was very reasonable for the time and materials that were required to do the work. I did get another quote from another local electrician I had used previously and the were within 100 of each other. I just got a MUCH better vibe from EVERYONE at Palmer that I had contact with. They all seemed very happy and more than willing to work with me.

The day of the work, they showed up at exactly the time they said they would. Ed was a pleasure to work with, he got the work done very promptly and the result is very professional looking.

It was refreshing to see them interact with other companies (Duke and the City permitting) so professionally and cordially.

I will be using Palmer for any of my electrical needs in the future.

Jason Reeves is amazing! He not only solved my specific electrical issues very quickly, he was able to identify other related issues and solve them very efficiently as well. He is extremely knowledgable and also kind and courteous. Absolutely fantastic.

I used Palmer Electric after Hurricane Ian to replace my meter box and electrical riser on my home. A tree had fallen on it rendering it useless. John from Palmer Electric was immediately responsive to my call and came out same weekend to quote me. The quote was very reasonably priced! Ed from Palmer Electric responded and completed the work did an Amazing Job. They scheduled me from 12-4 pm; however, Ed arrived at 9 am way ahead of schedule. Palmer Electric set up the inspection and called the utility service for me as well and I had power the same day install was completed.

I had a bad neutral between the transformer and my house. They listened to what was going on and said it was not a problem they could fix. Palmer advised me how to contact OUC to get this resolved. That kind of integrity is refreshing.
