All reviews for ETA Construction, LLC

ETA did an amazing job at building out our space in Longwood! Very professional! Would highly recommend.

Did a great job on our office remodel. Pricing was very reasonable and finished on time!! I would recommend Ed and his team and would contract with them again.

ETA Construction is very knowledgeable and beat the original schedule ahead of time even though there were many obstacles and a few change orders. The construction team was very courteous to other building tenants, minimizing noise, and keeping the site extremely clean.

ETA runs the most reliable team I've ever worked with! He went above and beyond for the buildout of our medical space, converting from the old tenant's space to our needs from trenched air lines to overhead HVAC. Ed is very detail oriented and kept us informed, through each decision - as well as multiple options for value engineering or change orders.

We had a really great experience working with this team during our office build.
They were always accommodating and let us come by the site whenever we wanted, which meant a lot. They were patient with every decision and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions.
Carlton especially stood out. He’s genuinely one of the kindest and hardworking people I’ve ever worked with. He made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process, and even months later he still checks in to make sure everything is going well. That kind of follow-through says a lot.
I’d absolutely recommend them if you want a team that actually cares and stands behind their work.

We couldn’t have chosen a better company for our pediatric dental office construction. From start to finish, the entire team was amazing! They were organized, responsive, professional, and truly on top of every detail. Everything was completed on time, and the process felt smooth and well-managed throughout.

Ed and Carlton were exceptional. Ed is detailed-oriented, great with communication and reliable. Carlton is one of the most considerate and kind individuals we’ve had the pleasure of working with. He made us feel secure and confident every step of the way as the building progressed. Even months after completion, he still calls to check in and make sure everything is going well. That level of care and follow-through is rare.

They worked so hard to ensure our office was opened on schedule. Everyone we shared our construction experience with were extremely impressed with the timeline.

We are beyond grateful for the experience and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and outstanding construction team.
