The prior company told me I needed a volt pack, a hard start kit, a contractor and a double capacitor. Okool came and tested the equipment and told me that I only needed the capacitor and they charged me far less for the capacitor than the other company charged me for that 1 item. I will be using Okool for all HVAC needs from now on!

When our a/c went out I called OKOOL and Corey was at our house within the hour, and it was after hours.
