Chris Jackson did a wonderful job helping me with all my concerns, bathroom shower faucets and all of the sinks. He thoroughly explained what was needed and the best repair approach. Greatly appreciate his expertise and kindness. Highly recommend Pro Tech Plumbing and ask for Chris!!

Ray was absolutely amazing and was able to help diagnosis the problem, he was very patient and understanding during the entire process i would gladly have this tech back for further repairs/maintenance

Was glad to see Nick show up to perform my routine maintenance this afternoon! He used to service my system all the time but has been servicing other customers for a while. So I was happy to have him back. He does a great job and is detail oriented. I've been a ProTech customer for many years and am continually happy with their service!

Thank you to saleman Jeremy Johnson for assuring me your installers would take care of everything when replacing my 37 year old A.C with a new system. Wow installers Jose Rodriguez, Dumarcel Thermidor and Joani Suarez are truly knowledgeable and professional. As a senior I am amazed and thankful for the excellent service.

Reached out to pro-tech on a weekend. They came assessed and provided several options. No pressure. Just facts of where we stand how to take care of the situation now and preparing for the future. Just the nature of their character alone makes me feel comfortable investing in their team when we are ready for a new unit.

Michael did an outstanding job!

After numerous other Technicians have made visits to my home to try and remedy the communication problem with my air conditioner, Michael Knox seems to have figured it out!

Time will tell, but Michael seemed to understand the problem clearly as well as creatively doing things to correct the Problem.

In addition, he was just a very nice man who sincerely wanted to help me... And I really appreciated that!

Cody with Pro-Tech came out today and saved our life— With an ominous leak present upstairs, not able to find our water meter or any shut off valve, and being maintained by a gated HOA company, Cody came out and was able to locate the water service line, our service line, the meter, and advises of how to turn such off while being able to fix the leak upstairs. This has been a problem since day, one of purchasing this condo, and no longer weighs on us heavily and his patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service helped us make it through the day, And taught us what to do in this future——-> Which is always to CALL PRO-TECH!

Cody was my tech and he was great. Upfront and direct diagnosis. We didn't end up going with the company (which had 100% nothing to do with the product or service [and everything to do with sibling input]) and he handled our choice with grace. I definitely recommend this provider.

Anthony Garcia was pleasant and professional. He went out of his way to satisfy our need for a special sized A/C filter for our unit. We consider hiim to be a vital asset to Pro-Tech.

I feel very lucky that I stumbled upon this company and was assigned Langston. He was on time, professional efficient, all the good things. I just moved into a new home with three HVAC units and needed to get acquainted. He was very helpful to me, locating all of them and understanding the needs and condition of each.

He was also able to help me diagnose a problem developing. I’m grateful we didn’t wait until it was a full bone problem.

All in all, I feel fortunate to have discovered such a good tech. I will be using this company to Service and maintain all three of my units here on in. The service was very reasonable rate and even better when you factor in ongoing maintenance.

Ryan from Pro Tech did an awesome job. He arrived on time and proceeded to perform Hvac maintenance in a professional and confident manner. I was so impressed i purchased the annual maintenance package to ensure my system operates smoothly.

Protech came to my home for a semi-annual service, and did an amazing job. Our tech, Dylan, went above and beyond, and identified a couple other problems he fixed while on the job. We had also been looking into the idea of getting a UV light on our unit, and Dylan had one ready to go in his van and was able to install it while he was already here for a good price! I certainly will be using this same company (and technician) for all my HVAC services and repairs moving forward.

Eric did an amazing job servicing my AC. He took pictures of everything to show me what he did and what I needed to do for the upkeeps. He was extremely polite and helpful.

Kevin was an excellent representative of your company. He explained things very well. He was conscientious in his work, polite and courteous.
