Outstanding service and fast

Larry does an outstanding job.

First off use this guy! Larry was honest and educated me through the entire process. What really stands out is that he installed a new part temporarily until I bought a new washer machine because he noticed some other issues that. He recommended that I buy a new one b/c the repairs would be too much. He only charged me for his fee to come out...not even the part he installed so that I could use the washer for one day.

At first, Atlantic Appliance was great and very helpful in working with our home warranty company to repair our microwave. They replaced the magnetron and door latch and had 3 visits. On the 3rd visit, they called the manufacturer (GE) and tried some water heating tests and told us the microwave couldn’t be repaired and they would let the warranty company know so it could be replaced.

The next week they asked to come and replace the magnetron again. We told them we already tried that, asking if they could just update our warranty company that it needed to replaced (their recommendation).

After that point, we never got another response. They only had to call the warranty company to update the notes and they never did. They won’t respond to our calls, the warranty company’s calls/emails, and the warranty company won’t switch us to a different contractor. So we have been stuck with no microwave for 3 months since they refuse to help us after THEY said our microwave was broken. Very frustrating, as this is a simple step on their end that could allow us to move forward with replacement. (It’s an expensive built-in microwave or we would’ve just replaced it ourselves by now.)

Even if they wanted to come out for another appointment to confirm, I’d even take that option! Just to get a response...very frustrating :/

Avoid if you can,dont use them.

Non responsive. They have ordered my part, I have called three days in a row to schedule the repair with no answer nor a return call.

This company never returns phone calls. It goes straight to the voicemail and nothing!!!! They were the contractor for AHS. They suck! Sent emails nothing!

Never use them ever.

Looking for someone to repair my washing machine and calling several listed in my local area. Contacted this provided which is listed as an "appliance repair service." Someone answered the phone and sounded muffled, I confirmed if this was the service provider I was attempting to reach. The individual on the phone then stated "Is this about the warranty stuff?" I responded with "No, I need a washing machine repaired." The person then said something inaudible, and then hung up the phone. If you are not interested in repairing local appliances I would recommend you update your google business profile.
