Scam Warranty and Terrible Service
I paid almost $7,000 to fix my walk-in cooler and Geah with warranty, but after 2 months it broke again. They said “different issue” and charged me $1,200 more. It broke again, no one answered my calls, and the technician said there’s still a leak they never fixed. They moved to Florida, sent someone else, and charged me again for the same issue. Same problem at my second store — they didn’t fix the HVAC and I lost the unit. Now I had to buy a new system for $22,000. They use my store pictures on Google without permission. This company is a scam — don’t trust their warranty!
