I had a great experience with Cathcart Construction they were in my neighborhood to put sewers in my entire block they were helpful and considerate and did an excellent job all the workers went out of their way to make sure mine and all my neighbors got our trash down to the end of the block so it could be picked as our road was totally undriveable for the trash trucks so thank you Cathcart

Had a 10" water main rupture in front of my business which was a huge problem. CCC was ON IT! They did a great job of getting the disaster fixed and cleaned up and left us better than we were before the disaster! Corey Hearn and his crew are on top of their game! I highly recommend them!

The communication with the workers on the job site was always very courteous and answered my questions. They always looked very professional while working and dealing with the public. The work zones were set up in a way that made it easy to understand and navigate. After the completion of their job, the roads were paved nicely, the drainage was more than functional, and the greenspace was put back in good condition. I would highly recommend this company.

The city water main busted under a busy, five lane road outside of my business. Besides the sinkhole that it created, the traffic jams it made, and the absolute mess that resulted, it was a relatively nontraumatic event. This company came in to repair and manage the entire area, they did it with extreme courtesy, very quickly, and after working around the clock for about two days solid, they had it fixed up as good as new! What caught my attention was every interaction I had with them – a total of five – was pleasant. Impressive, considering the extreme stress we were all under. The work crew was courteous and helpful and went out of their way to assist me… Having a small business that can’t afford to close for even a day, they understood and helped my clients enter and exit our parking lot seamlessly and kept the flow of traffic moving. While I hope I never have to repeat this experience, this was an amazing work crew to have on our side!

Late Saturday night, an Oviedo city truck took out my mailbox. Without it, I couldn’t get my mail, which, as an old guy, is still pretty important. CCC (Corey Hearn) was working on a big city pipe repair job nearby, but that didn’t stop him. Sunday morning, Corey went to Home Depot, cleaned up the mess, and installed a new mailbox post (or whatever you call it). He fixed everything up like it never happened—quick, professional, and without a single complaint about how it got that way. I’m not sure I could’ve done it myself, let alone that fast. Huge thanks to Mr. Hearn for his hard work and respect. Much appreciated!

the roads had potholes before anyone ever drove on them. they have been torn up and put back down several times in one year.

Take a ride down 10th street in Saint Cloud, Florida. The experience will speak for itself. These people need to be shut down.

They have ruined the downtown area of my town my lil 8yr old nephew could of done a better job. They don’t deserve to touch any tools ever again.
