Allatoona Heating and Air did an awesome job installing 2 whole systems. My systems have only been installed for exactly one month and I have already seen my electric bill drop even with the bigger unit upstairs. You won't be disappointed. This is a top notch company.

They came out the next day at 8 AM after a 4 PM phone call. They then had to drive 45 minutes to get a part because the unit required an original manufacturers motor and the universal motor wouldn’t fit. They were back by 1:30 and had everything fixed by about 3 o’clock, and the house was cooling off again. We have been customers for 12 to 15 years and they are always very prompt and try to fix it the first time that they are here. We will absolutely use them again.

Would 100% recommend. All the staff that I have dealt with are extremely courteous. They are a reliable company that knows what they are doing.

Mark , Steve and the team did a great job of getting my HVAC replaced that died on Thanksgiving. They were very accommodating with my family's difficult schedule and gave us very fair pricing. Steve spent a great amount of time explaining everything as well with my questions.

a gentleman named CJ came to my house just a couple hours after I called to take a look at the unit that was not blowing cold air. The unit isover 20 years old. It was the perfect scenario for him to sell me a new unit, but what we found is a plumbing issue.

Unfortunately The upstairs unit where our bedrooms are located and ironically, the newest unit in the house (Never by a train) Has a faulty Dual stage compressor. they’re going to quote me a price for a new unit. But I can tell you after what he did with the main level unit and the perfect opportunity to sell me something new they built trust. These guys are a night and day difference between all of those big companies that say they are great. All they’re really doing is trying to sell you a new unit. This is the company you want to use if there’s an opportunity to fix your current unit and make it work again and for an Honest answer as to what’s going on. I’m glad I found them now we have company that we can use moving forward for anything We need HVAC. CJ you rock I appreciate you man and let me know what you come up with for the upstairs unit so we can start saving up and buy it from you guys. Thank you for not taking advantage of us with the oldest unit in the house which was an easy target for a new unit but finding what was really wrong and helping me fix. I have found the team at Allatoona to be hard working and fair. We have had some manufacturer’s issues with one of my units and they have been great at handling tracking down equipment and ensuring prompt service. All while keeping my home cool and comfortable. Appreciate the hard work on their part. Nice family run local business. Will continue to use them for my heating and cooling needs.
