We recently moved into a new house and the inspector recommended a chimney sweep. Ben was incredible! Explained in detail what was going on with our chimney and solutions to get it up and running. He was thorough, efficient and really knows his stuff.

We needed some repair work done on our fireplaces and were referred to Southern Chimneys by a friend. They were very accommodating and quoted us a lower price for the work than we had been quoted by another company. The repairs were completed quickly and the work was high quality. When calling the office, Carrie and Ashlee are extremely helpful and always ready to answer questions. Ben, Justin, and Mitchell arrived on time and were respectful of the property, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer ALL questions. After purchasing a home my home inspector recommended a chimney sweep and inspection as there were some minor issues with my fireplace. I ended having Southern Chimneys come to my house for a cleaning and inspection. The owner Ben came to my house and was professional and informative. I turns out I had a mantle that was installed improperly and the fireplace had the wrong type of gas logs for the type of firebox installed. Ben was able to make great recommendations taking into consideration the changes I needed to make and the cost involved. I feel well taken care of by Southern Chimneys a will use them in the future.

They were easy to work with and completed the work in a timely manner. I would go back to them again for future repair needs.

Ty and Alex were timely, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained everything they did to me and I even got to look up the chimney - I am easily entertained! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would recommend them to friends.

I had a huge time crunch and they worked so late until the job was done. They drove all over town to get the parts I was missing. They fixed the contractors framing errors, sent extra hands, and stayed until everything was PERFECT.

From first call to Southern Chimney talking to Carrie which she gave a website to check for certified company's and quotes for my project to calling back and Ashley helping set me up for a cleaning/inspection. These two ladies set the first impressions of a very good quality customer service. The rest of staff were very professional, kind and explained what my issue was. They provided pictures of my chimney inside & out. Ben was great explaining issues to me. I had contacted three other company's and Carries bid was the Best. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! Delivered on time. The past owners of the house have been chasing a leak from the stone fireplace for 20+ years. I was determined to solve the issue and Southern Chimney did! It has rained a lot since they installed the new chimney pan, cap and waterproof the exterior stone and not a drop of water inside. Thank you so much!!! Here is a picture of the culprit.

Southern Chimney relined a two flues, replaced a leaking gas line, rebuilt a firebox as well as installed a chimney cap. They were kind, professional and did an excellent job. Before we always had a little smoke enter the home on firing up the fireplaces but no more. I collected quotes from a known franchise who ended up not being certified by the chimney sweep guild, a national company, and southern chimneys. They were more reasonably priced and locally owned and had excellent reviews. I felt going with this locally owned company was a way to avoid all the middlemen markups and support our local community businesses and I was right. Great choice. When the HOA needed chimney inspections from all units with short notice, I found Southern Chimneys LLC! With lots of 5 star reviews and an A+ rating on BBB, they were definitely the right choice for me. From the first call to scheduling, to when Ty and Alex called ahead to let me know they were on the way, and throughout the inspection process, they let me know what they were doing and why. They did a fantastic job, and I’m very pleased with them and their excellent work!

These folk have always been so on point for me. Upon buying a home I found receipt that they were the ones who refurbished my fireplace and chimney. Called them for info & background and they couldn't have been nicer.
Thought I was missing an adapter for the gas and they kindly offered me a new one- free of charge. When I went to pick up- I realized I had all the right parts after all.
Ive had them clean my chimney 1x so far and all was wonderful.
Always friendly and always answer the phone. Ill continue using them.
