I inherited 2 rugs that had a horrible stinch develop in them over the last few years. ACS made them look, feel, and smell brand new! I’ve even taken naps on them! I recommend ACS to anyone needing a rug refresher!

The team at Advanced Cleaning Systems did a great job with our large, shag area rug. We have two dogs who shed, and the rug (less than a year old) was beginning to smell like a dog bed. We tried shampooing ourselves, but ended up with a smelly, wet, shag rug in my living room. I called Advanced Cleaning Systems, they took the rug, treated it, and got the dog smell out! Thanks guys!

I happened across a YouTube video of these guys cleaning the same color shag rug as we have. Watching the entire process was intriguing. I heard the accents and wondered if they were in my area. To my pleasant surprise, not only were they in my metro area, but they also offered pickup and drop-off service included in the quote. I honestly had forgotten just how plush my shag rug was. I've laid on it listening to music and left NO IMPRINT. It's so fluffy!!!

I dreaded finding a place to have Area rugs cleaned. Chad was super responsive answered all my questions and scheduled the rug pick up the same day. Once the rugs were cleaned, we scheduled delivery to another location on the second floor. The two young men that made the pick up and delivery were so very kind and super strong. Advanced Cleaning Systems did a great job cleaning my rug. It had unfortunately been peed on by my kitten who kept returning to the scene of the crime. The young gentlemen came and picked it up, and it was ready a week later. I had a schedule conflict, so i appreciated that they were kind enough to allow me to reschedule the drop-off time for a week after that. My rug no longer stinks and I am very happy. All in all a great experience! Thank you!

They responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes of sending an online message and even picked up the rug the same day (about an hour later), so I appreciated him adding me to his Friday schedule. (Pickups and drop-offs are only on Friday.) The rug looks great, and both the delivery and pickup crews carefully moved furniture and placed the rug back. Staff is friendly. I cannot tell there was any stain from Thanksgiving dinner. Cost is a little above market rate, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.
