Mr Penoyer arrived as scheduled, completed the installation quickly and went “the extra mile” to be sure my new chandelier looked great! All with great conversation!!

Helped me hang a new fan, new lights, change out electrical sockets and light switches. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable, even taught me a few things along the way in case I want to make adjustments in the future. Highly recommend!

Wow let me say Shawn saved the day. First the chandlier did not fit together and Shawn tried and did not give up.... he took pole from chandlier and worked on it and got it to fit...so thankful. Then he put a support cable on chandlier which I didn't think of so its diffinitly not falling down...would definitely recommend....thanks.

I had a chandelier hanging by a thread. Shawn made me realize how dire this situation was to our safety. He came over that day and secured it with a new piece and cleaned it as well. We have a clean chandelier and are safe to walk about our home. The price was right and we are safe.
