I first learned about All American by taking the back road one day and I noticed their company. I was in the process of identifying a company because Arrow Exterminators tried to sell me a bandaid solution of $3,000 to fix my pest solution. Well, I don't believe in getting patchwork done and I needed the issue to get solved. I contacted All American and I immediately received prompt service from Robert. He was very personable, came over and checked things out, and had superior communication from start to finish. My job ended up being bigger than expected and instead of them charging me more, they just went ahead and went above and beyond. And when I say "they," I also mean the men who worked very hard and put in the labor to provide stellar service. Those men WORKED and did a PHENOMENAL job with their observations and recommendations and I don't take it for granted for a second. GREAT service is hard to find. They had to work more days than anticipated and I thought to myself, they've probably made no money on my job but I am thrilled to leave their yard in my sign in hopes they receive more work. They are family owned and operated and it makes a difference. I am just so happy and pleased. I haven't seen a roach at ALL do you hear me? My crawl space is in excellent shape and it is refreshing to just have a service done right the first time. THANK YOU to Robert and the AMAZING team who worked on my project! Because it was a project!

We had water getting into our basement due to heavy rain recently. All-American Waterproofing, one of the contractors bidding for the project had one of their men come inspect the crawlspace and found water coming in through the windows that vented the crawlspace. Several days later, the owner of the company, Bliss Foster, came and inspected the space himself, drew up a plan to mitigate the issue. This included creating a french drain at the foot of the foundation wall with a barrier to prevent water entry through the wall and vents, restoring the landscaping, and then encapsulating the crawl space. The project was performed in 2 stages and we haven't had any issues since then. More impressively, Bliss has followed up several times in person to verify that no further issues have resulted since his company's work. We highly recommend All American Waterproofing.

The gentlemen who came out to service our office building were true professionals. They were considerate of the people in the building, friendly, respectful, and they completed the work in a timely manner. I would use them for future projects.

Wow. What a great bunch of guys at All American Waterproofing. Robert and his team are phenomenal they came in on short notice and got the job done in half the time it took aqua guard, todo the same procedure on another rental house, and for a fraction of the cost I will definitely call on Robert his team again, thanks again all American waterproofing

Excellent service. Robert was excellent! He went above and beyond in helping me with repairs to my parents home. He even interceded on my behalf when I had issues with the HVAC installer.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. We were having water issues at our office and couldn’t find the correct person for the job. Robert Barbera came to our rescue he came out take a look at the job with telling me he could make no promises that they could help resolve it but he would at least take a look which was more than anyone had done so far. He took pictures and everything told me he would call me once he spoke with his team on if they could come up with a game plan. He called back in a couple of days with a game plan and a quote to start the job. The job was started and Robert kept in touch with me every step of the way even with checking the weather to make sure we wouldn’t have any water issues while they were working. We’ve not had one issue with any water leaks since All American helped us with our crisis. I highly recommend them and would use them again without thinking twice. After experiencing an issue with water coming into my home I contacted All American Water proofing Co. Not only were they very welcoming and friendly over the phone,but Mr.Robert came out the very next day as promised. I found Mr.Robert to be very knowledgeable,trustworthy,and upfront.Not only will I use this service again for any future issues but I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type service. The crawl space was flooding occasionally. Rob recommended and his crew installed a very effective drainage system.

A few weeks later we had monsoon level rains for two days. The crawl space was completely dry.

The lot however had standing water and the carport front and side yards flooded with 3-4inches of water in some places.

I sent Rob pictures of the mess. He came out the next day and recommended an effective solution. His crew installed it. Hasn’t rained since the French drains and driveway drains were installed. I’m confident they will work well however.

I was very pleased to finally find a company that was able to address the source of the problem which was water seeping into my basement with every heavy rain. Other companies wanted to work around the problem and install costly sump pumps while my goal was to prevent the water from coming into the space altogether. I’m confident that the problem has been resolved. The service was very affordable and Mr. Barbara was very professional and easy to work with as was his team. I appreciate his patience (as I am very specific in my requests) and he was very much accommodating and reassuring. Assuming all remains well, I would recommend All American for your waterproofing needs.
