My second experience with Colony Roofers was just as amazing as the first. My parent’s replaced their roof about 3 years ago and recently began experiencing a leak. We contacted Colony Roofers to inspect the roof to see if the leak was covered under warranty and they had no issue sending someone out immediately. After inspection, it was determined that the roof damaged wasn’t covered under warranty and caused by tree damage. This didn’t stop the team from trying to help us, they were willing to get the roof repaired in a few days while staying within our budget. We appreciate the responsiveness and communication we received from Kumar throughout the process. We also appreciate the gentleman (I believe his name is Gio) that came out to inspect the roof. He had no issues with walking the roof with my dad and explaining what the damage looked like and what the next steps would be. For the second time, Colony Roofers has done an amazing job handling the roof on my parents home.

I was extremely happy with Colony Roofers. To start with, the Sales Rep Giovanni Nunez was very helpful and thorough in his explanation of the contract and the work to be done. He was in contact with me throughout the project and afterwards, which was very reassuring. He even helped me pick the color for the shingles and it turned out perfect. I should mention that their quote on the price for the roof was right on target per other estimates. They really worked with me.
Next, Travis who oversaw the project was very helpful, the team he sent to install the new roof showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards thoroughly. They did a super job!
I am very happy with my new roof and would use Colony Roofers again if I needed to. I would definitely recommend them!

I can't rate this company highly enough. We had to redo our nightmare mansard roof without the insurance company's help, and put out bids to over six companies. Colony used the same materials, and came in with a fair price. $10k less than one of the companies!

Kyle and Jaime made it easy to work with the company. The roofing crew came out and took off the old roof, protecting our landscaping. They installed the new roof carefully over two days, and completely cleaned up after themselves.

Finally we have the piece of mind of a great name standing behind the roof, and GAF certified install.

I bought a new home and immediately needed a roof replacement. I got about 5 quotes because I have a low pitch roof and not a standard roof will work for me. Colony did great work! Thomas Williams was our contact & from the moment he stepped on our property, he noted a few extra things the company could help with: Like some of the gutters coming loose, & a wayward downspout. This was the 3rd roofing company I'd had out to give an estimate. They included more in their services & were less costly than the others by more than $1,000. The guys who came to do the work were fantastic too. They had everything done & cleaned up in the same day. & were meticulous about getting all the nails up. We have dogs & sometimes I walk barefoot. Colony was recommended to me by someone, & now I will be recommending them too :)

This is the first time we replace a roof so no comparison with other company. Overall pleasant experience. Adam is very responsive and shared inspection report with quote in a timely manner. Reasonable cost and job was scheduled in a week weather allowed. After new roof was installed, they promptly fixed a hard to detect small leak and other issues we identified. Will consider Colony for our next roof project needs!

Identified hail damage and helped to get us a new roof with zero out of pocket expense. The work crew was amazing, replaced the roof in a single day. Everyone was very knowledgeable. No surprises. The guys at Colony took great care of us. We have a flat roof on our townhouse, so it’s not super run-of-the-mill stuff. Zach Gragg and Brad Banacka set us up with a solution we didn’t even know was out there. Top of the line stuff without breaking the bank and a great warranty. Couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.

Not only did they complete the job phenomenally, but they also found helped identify other problem areas that were addressed before they became bigger problems. Very honest, prompt, and professional.
