I was tired and disoriented when I first called early in the morning. I was surprised when the man speaking told me he was the owner of the company. He must have been awake expecting trouble calls after a night of high winds and rain around Atlanta. He credentialed himself as someone who was extremely familiar with the insurance side of the operation, as well as being an experienced arborist.. He assessed the situation by using Google Maps and he then calmly walked me through what to expect. He told me how to best contact my insurance company through their online portal. He also texted me link for the documents he required. I found the process to be very professional and his knowledge to be helpful, and reassuring.
They arrived in the general time slot he had quoted only a few hours prior. His fleet of 3 vehicles were clean and well maintained. He had an amazing crane truck, a truck with a bob cat in tow and another with a chipper attached.
The crane truck was parked under a very large oak tree. The limbs hung down around the crane and it looked like the tree would confine or trap the crane. The crane navigated that canopy and still managed to extend another 75 feet. It reached over two sets of power lines and grabbed the 12,000 pound Cypress off my roof. He picked it up and twisted around the powerlines without even touching them. It was a real trick. Seriously amazing to watch. They had the entire tree removed and chipped in under an hour. No damage to my property or my neighbors!

Anyway I can not say enough good things about this experience.

Mark and his crew were friendly, professional, and made the entire process of removing a tree that just hit our house and had us still on-edge an easy process. They were onsite less than 24 hours after the incident with a giant crane that made the whole process take less than 2 hours. Mark dealt directly with my insurance company which almost made the whole process seem like a non-financial one from my perspective. I simply got a check from the insurance company and then wrote him a check. The only out-of-pocket expense for me was my deductible. I highly recommend this company especially for emergency tree removal.

This was an awesome, unique tree cutting experience! If they use the crane on your tree, you are in for an impressive job. This crane is remote controlled and can grab large chunks of the tree, cut them, and bring them to the ground without the high risk of it crashing to the ground. I highly recommend them!

Perfect! After a huge pine tree fell on our home around 5pm on a Saturday, we called 770 Arborist Emergency Tree Removal and they were there before 8am Sunday. Mark is an expert in his field with knowledge of proper removal and also certified knowledge from the adjuster and insurance portion of things. Because he was able to meet all our needs for this part of the process, things were smoother, faster and more efficient. Communication was clear, responsive, and proactive. His whole team is top notch and worked diligently and carefully. They have every piece of modern equipment needed for removal including a crane and wood chipper that fascinated my kids and neighbors! I hope to never have another tree fall on our home but I would not hesitate to call 770arborist again if we did!

Friday night, a large tree fell on my house blocking the front door. On Saturday morning I called multiple tree removal businesses attempting to get the tree off my house. Many of the businesses were not open, another could not do the job until Monday at the earliest.

Then I called 770 Arborist. Mark, the owner, immediately answered the phone and dispatched their emergency tree removal crew. They arrived at my house in under 90 minutes from the time of our first call. The crew was amazing. Their equipment was fantastic. Especially the crane. It was able to lift each piece carefully off my house to the point that my insurance adjuster noted just how little damage there was to the house.

Afterwards, Mark worked with my insurance company and invoiced them directly.

Mark and his team were professional and efficient, and I could tell they used top of the line equipment. When a tree falls on your house, it's a very scary, frustrating moment. A huge tree fell on our house. 770 Arborist emergency tree service answered by call at 2:30 am. They were at our house with a crane and crew the next day. They were totally upfront in how they work and charge. They did not charge anything upfront. They were responsive and transparent. They also helped us work with our insurance carrier to make sure they covered all the costs.

They were great every step of the way getting this tree removed.

770-Arborist did an excellent job with our tree trimming and limb removal. Lance, the coordinator, kept us apprised every step of the way. The crew was very professional and efficient as they maneuvered themselves among the trees and limbs in getting all removed that they needed to. I appreciate their work and will be contacting this company if more tree work is needed.

I hired this tree service company to prune a large poplar tree in my backyard. They trimmed the right side of the tree, removed the lower sucker growth, cleaned up stubs left from previous pruning, and carefully cut six upper mid-lateral branches that were extending over my home.

They also cleaned up the mess that another company had left behind, which I really appreciated. The team worked quickly, professionally, and did an excellent job. Their price was very reasonable for the quality of work they provided.
