Peter was a pleasure to work with! Very informative and came out quickly. Patty was able to provide local recommendations for removal companies as well. Would highly recommend!

This is a great service. I was in search for an expert to help me determine if I needed to remove some rather large trees that were dropping large limbs in my property. ChatGPT highly recommends them...so why not give them a try? I reached out earlier in the week and was able to schedule an appointment for the same week. Peter came out to inspect the trees. I was very impressed with his knowledge and background. He is a Certified Arborist and really knows his trees. He will draft a well written report about the status of the trees. The report only takes a day. Everything is time and cost effective. Ultimately, he determined that one of the trees was in bad shape, and I was able to get it removed with the report that he provided.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and gave us great advice. Thank you!

Extremely positive experience. Identified all trees. Discussed risk, drilled a tree and determined it 30% hollow. Good insights. Great value.

Neil did a great job inspecting the trees on my property. His report included a thorough description and inventory of all the trees. I particularly appreciated the ranking of species based on their ecological importance for the region.

I have known Peter and Patty for over twenty years. I have always found them to be the consummate professionals. I have referred them to other neighbors who have had positive experiences to report. If you want people who genuinely care about arboriculture and the health of your trees I would definitely give them a call.

Patty and Peter Jenkins are truly passionate about helping people with their concerns. The tree inspection website has tutorials and advice to help you self navigate any potential issues you might have. I used the advice tab on their site to put my mind at ease on a potential issue with my white oak. After speaking with them, they validated my research was accurate and the tree was fine. Thank you very much tree inspection team!

I requested a tree inspection on our property and the woman on the phone was very polite and had us on their schedule quickly. When we met on site you could tell immediately the inspector was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate. He provided some great information about what to look for with our trees to make sure we could enjoy them while also being safe and aware of what could go wrong. I do not believe they are not in the business of cutting down trees but they do check on the health of our trees. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

Peter and Patty were professional and knowledgeable and personable. They gave great advice and referrals that were very helpful. I was able to save 2 giant trees and trim. And take out the dangerous 2 trees that had pine bark beetles that other arborist did not identify.

Very good service from Peter and Patty. She schedules appointments and does the office duties while he shares his extensive knowledge of trees and what needs to be done to take care of problems. Reasonably priced for high quality, experienced, expert advice.

I did not use this company because I could not even get past the rudeness of the lady who answered the phone. I do not recommend based on that interaction
Edit
PS Shrub = Bush -
The woman who answered the phone was condescending, aggressive and trying to sell services that we do not appear to need. There seem to be many other tree experts out there, I'd look to find somebody else, based on this interaction alone.

I sort of feel bad for Patty and Peter Jenkins. Nice people but a complete failure on my job by every measure. Had them schedule a visit to evaluate one specific tree, and Peter arrived on the wrong day at the wrong time - but that was OK. He rambled about my property and told stories rather than spending much time looking at the tree in question - but that was OK. I had to contact them multiple times to get my "report" - but that was OK.
What was not OK was the two paragraph report that I was eventually emailed as it was for the wrong tree! The report described a tree not even on the property but rather on a neighbor's lot behind me! Seriously. I then sent them a Google street view which showed the tree in question and Patty scheduled another visit, but then they canceled the in-person appointment and evaluated the tree based on the Google picture I sent! (Saying the tree was healthy by the way) I called another arborist who came out and promptly and professionally reported (on the correct tree) seven reasons the tree was an imminent hazard.
The most pitiful part? They actually sent an invoice to me a couple weeks later expecting payment. LOL. I'm sure they'd be fun to get a beer with, and maybe there was a time when they did good work. My experience with them was a waste of time.
