Highly recommend! Very professional, completed the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves and was very happy with the job.

Ruan was fantastic!! Got the emergency situation taken care of, a non draining kitchen sink, and informed us of some other issues that need to be taken care of in the future. He was kind, understanding, thorough and professional. Will definitely utilize services in the future.

Anthony came out to the house and did a very wonderful job as far as explaining exactly what was going on with my drain and my septic, and my toilet.\n I highly recommend him

Ruan Hill provided excellent service, he was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. He made sure he provided an explanation as well as visually showing me the problem and visually showing me the corrections that were made. He made sure I didn't have any questions after finishing the job. I was so impressed by his professionalism and work that I have set up a second appointment to have him complete with installing a hot water heater.

Extremely pleased. Technicians were on time, polite and very competent. They were respectful of the home and worked quickly to diagnose and remedy the issues. I highly recommend this company.

5 stars all the way. Respectful and professional workers that were able to get the job done on time, under budget, with superior quality workmanship. The quotes were free and effortless. The turn around time on installation was fast and the skilled personnel were mindful of both the home and inhabitants. They were very thorough with communication and even sent small biographies of all technicians who would be coming to your property. Giving a sense of security and letting you know a little bit about who you would be having in your home. I will absolutely use roto rooters again for all of my home plumbing needs and will recommend to anyone who needs a trust worthy company.

Cleaned our water heater, took multiple flushes, and essentially figured out our water pressure was low due to something on the city's end 🙃

Cullen and Mitchell are very nice individuals who explained everything throughout the process. Not once was I confused on what was going on. If I didn't understand something, they took the time to show and explain.

The service was relatively quick, no more than an hour for the actual water heater flushing. The price was great compared to others around the area.
