Hakeem did our plumbing for a master bathroom gut - he reconfigured our lines and also added an additional water heater. He's super professional, fast, friendly, can't say enough good things.

Hakim was our technician in the East Cobb area today and what a perfectionist! Very kind and professional, on time, extremely passionate about his work. He noticed that our previous garbage disposal (installed just last month by a different company and charged us as a brand new part) was actually used!!! He showed us the silicone bonding all over it meaning we were scammed by that previous Plumbing company. Hakim actually removed the faulty part, left to Home Depot to purchase a brand new top of the line garbage disposal in box and came right back to install. No more leaks under the sink and better garbage disposal than ever before. He also assisted with a hot water tank issue, and even removed a very corroded metal bar/pipe which is now scheduled for repair ASAP. We highly recommend this company and this technician. Very trustworthy, friendly, experienced.

The service was great. I called and spoke with Hakeem around 2 and he made it to me by 5 even though he had 2 customers in front of me. He was very knowledgeable, explained and showed me what was going on and proceeded to fix the issue. This was one of the best service experiences I have had as it relates to responsiveness, knowledge, work quality, and affordable.

H & L plumbing were very fast in service. Hakeem is very knowledgeable, he fixes my plumbing needs at my restaurant. The best part of their service is that Hakeem provides lots of preventive measures which other plumbers don’t share. I am very pleased with their service.

Service was excellent! I had three previous plumbers out and 6 weeks later the shower was still not repaired until Hakeem showed up. I was told by the previous plumbers that they may have to cut the wall out to make the repair. H & L plumbing simply ordered the part and had it fixed within minutes of the part arriving. I called Hakeem about replacing a gate valve as I was in the midst of trying to do it myself.

He was too busy with other calls to handle my issue at the time, but he generously talked me through what I needed to do anyways. Over the course of 2 days he spent probably 45 minutes of his time on the phone or texting with me as to what I needed to do.

Who does that, man?! What. A. Guy.

In the end, I did end up reaching the height of my comfort level and called in another plumber, but I can't overstate how much I appreciated Hakeem's guidance that he gave to me at his own expense.

We were having issues with our water heater and shower with our new home. Hakeem took his time walking our property and checking to ensure the plumbing was installed properly and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He showed up on time and was able to fix our issue. Its always easy to see when someone is dedicated to their craft. We appreciate how he took care of our house/family.
