Great customer service! Had an issue with my unit. Called me towards the end of my work day as they had a break in a busy schedule to check on my problem. Before I could get home, he had already found the problem and was in the process of fixing it. Additionally, he explained to me how and why it happened and provided multiple courses of action for me to take to prevent future issues. Very knowledgeable and personable and was a pleasure to deal with after a day of work.

Needed a complete hvac/ac replacement when my old system failed. They came out first thing in the morning the very next day and gave me a quote and a time they could come back and do the install. They came to install the new units first thing in the morning and were done by lunch. Excellent quality work.

Excellent customer service!! I called them at 9:30am and they were out that afternoon by 5pm. Very knowledgeable about my units and had us up and running with cool air that evening right as my husband was arriving home from work. We are going to replace both of our units (1 within the next month) and look forward to doing business with them again. Cant say enough good.

Personally I have been using this company for over 20 Years! Many times at multiple locations. Either complete removal and replace or simply fix the problems. Regardless the situation you WILL NOT Find a more professional honest company. And again yesterday he literally saved me over 4 grand by repairing not one but two units!!

Rick to the rescue again! Explained everything he was going to do BEFORE doing it . Identified small issues/ shortcuts made by installer fixed them as well. Offered suggestions to help system run more efficiently. I would recommend Airman to anyone who needs HVAC service

Wanted to shoutout to Airman heating and air. Excellent prices, above and beyond excellent service. Quality people and products. My house was built in the 50’s and was pieced together over time so this was NOT an easy job. I haven’t had AC for 4-5 years (used window units in the back of my house) and I’m sooooo excited. Also, before I had to have someone crawl under my house to change the filter. NOT ANYMORE!! Trust me if you need service or install Airman will be your best choice.

Rick is an old school technician; reliable, honest and he takes PRIDE in his craft. He mitigated an above ceiling ac unit disaster that previous technicians overlooked or couldn’t figure out. I was weeks away from $20k in water damage to my ceiling had I not contacted him. My experience with Mr. Raley & his team was very positive. They were responsive, prompt, experienced and courteous.
They went above and beyond. One member even touched up the paint on my wall after installing the new thermostat.
I am quite pleased with my new equipment and would highly recommend this team.

22 year old HAVC was on its last day's. Called Rick, he managed to keep it running till a new system arrived and installed. Rick and Mike did a great job and had new system up and running in 5 hours. Rick is Knowledgable, very responsive, and friendly.

Called Rick on Tuesday he came that afternoon. Gave me a good price on replacing my entire unit and duct work in attic. Today is Friday and work is completely done. Blowing cold air. Stayed late making sure everything was perfect even down to all (even missing) covers being replaced. Highly reccomend using this company.

We returned home from a trip out of town to find our A/C unit not blowing cold air and the house was very warm. We called our homeowners appliances warranty company and they sent a contractor out 2 days later who told us the blower motor was out and we assumed they would be out the next day at least. On the 4th day of no A/C we called the warranty company back and we were told it would be another week before they could get the motor and schedule for repair job . We fired the warranty company and called Rick who got the motor we needed that afternoon and he came out the next morning and did all the necessary repairs plus he found standing water under the blower and a faulty circuit board. He even cleaned the outside condenser unit. By making these repairs and making necessary adjustments to allow the water to drain, he probably saved us from expensive roof damage He is very reasonable in his pricing and we are definitely on his list of regular customers. He is our HVAC guy!!
