I’ve used Sponge and Sparkle for a number of years. From the fact that the owner came and saw my house to provide a quote to getting to know the folks in the office over the years, I’ve been very happy with the service. They follow up for feedback and I’ve seen the detailed notes they keep on my house that helps whoever happens to be covering the cleaning. I also like that the business is locally owned and that they give back in the community.

Sponge and Sparkle and specifically Michelle have been cleaning my home and business for over twenty years. They are reliable and do a wonderful job! I unreservedly recommend them.

I have been a client since 2010 or so. The people who run S&S are incredibly high character. They care about their cleaning crews both personally and professionally. We have been working with Joshua and Crystal over the last few years; they have been excellent and just as importantly, incredibly reliable.

I have been using Sponge & Sparkle for 15 years and they are fabulous. The cleaning staff are friendly, professional, trustworthy. The back office gang (a big shout out to Cindy and Caprice here) is so easy to work with if your schedule changes or you have special cleaning needs. I can highly recommend Sponge & Sparkle!

This service is fantastic! Quality of work is exceptional, customer support is very professional and timely. You get notified prior to your scheduled service which is super helpful. But most importantly people that are part of this company are super honest and reliable. I highly recommend it!

THANK YOU for always making our house sparkle!! The two ladies who cleaned our house yesterday did a great job, they cleaned our entire place and were in and out in 2 hours. They were also very friendly :) I would highly recommend Sponge & Sparkles service. We have been using them for a few months now and always pleased!

Sponge & Sparkle has HANDS DOWN been the best cleaning service we've ever used. I think we're in year FIVE with them, and they've FAR outperformed all of the other cleaning services we used prior to finding S&S.

Arrival time, consistent personnel, and quality of the cleaning are the things most important for us and Sponge & Sparkle have just DELIVERED week after week, month after month, year after year. Any "blips" have been very minor and were quickly resolved - their communication well exceeds the industry standard, based on our experiences.

Sponge & Sparkle is the most professional cleaning service we have ever had. They went above and beyond in the care of our home. We were so thrilled that we have hired them to come back every 2 weeks. The point of contact in the office, Caprice, is also very communicative. We definitely recommend this company.

We have been using Sponge and Sparkle for almost 2 or more years now, and they have been excellent and always very courteous when they come clean as well as over the phone. We have someone scheduled to come every two weeks regularly and they never miss. They are very reliable and do a thorough job cleaning. On only one occasion, there was someone new, and she did not seem to finish the cleaning job completely. I called Sponge and Sparkle and let them know. The nice woman on the phone was very apologetic and had a different person who was more experienced, Gaitlyn, come out the very next day to redo the cleaning. Gaitlyn did an extremely thorough job and cleaned our entire home over again even though it only needed some finishing such as some surfaces, floors and dusting. I am thankful to have found a courteous and reliable company.

Eric and Joshua did an INCREDIBLE job for our last minute move-out clean. They were so kind, thorough, and flexible as we cleared out last minute things ahead of them. If I decide to hire regular cleaners, it's definitely going to be Sponge & Sparkle. Our house is cleaner than it was when we moved in, AFTER it was cleaned professionally!

We were so pleased with how clean our home was after a deep clean by Sponge & Sparkle. It was clear that the team was detailed oriented and took the time to make sure they didn’t miss anything. I was personally touched by how the team arranged my son’s (many) stuffed animals on his bed after they changed the sheets. Those little touches really make a cleaning service stand apart from the rest.
