Installed complete new HVAC system (July 2013) to include all wiring, plumbing and duct work, increased the size of existing vents and added new vents to better aid in cooling and heating. I subscribed to their twice a year service program, their tech's were very professional and all services were preformed in a timely manner. Very happy with the quality of products installed. Highly recommend True Temp!

Best around for HVAC, both sales and service.

Doug and his professional crews have been with us to service our heat and air needs for over 20 years. Our units never have a problem at convenient times. Christmas Eve Gary was out here removing an ice dam. Saturday morning they were out here setting an air conditioning unit blown out of place by twister. None of my Lennox units are young any more, but Doug’s guys service twice a year and keep them in first class shape. Service does not get better than True Temp.

So we used true temp to install our new unit and these guys were great!!! Very friendly and they all worked great together , you can tell they like what they do and they had fun doing it. It wasn’t even weird having them in my home lol. I’d recommend them to anyone. We are pleased with their service!

True Temp has been taking care of us like family for almost 20yrs. They have always responded in a professional and timely manner each time we have called for assistance. They treat us and the equipment as if it is in their own homes. They explain the how's and why's to our system in a manner that a lay person can understand. Pricing is fair and they attempt to work with the customer in every way to assure them they do not sacrifice quality over quantity. We have used these folks for the last 12 or so years beginning with installing new heat/air unit. We called one day they were here the next. Employees are knowledgeable and will take time to explain what they are doing and why it is needed. I plan on using this company in the future.

We hired Tru Temp in September 2015 after reviewing approximately 5 quotes from various providers. We were beyond pleased with the new units and duct work installed. In addition, they have been responsive and reliable over the past 3 years when we have had to call to resolve any minor issues. We appreciate their people and service!

I've used True temp for the last seven years twice a years to service my heat pump. Mr. Headrick is always on time. Most of the time a little early which is better. He does great job. The Lady I talk to at the office is always great and fun. Great company. I will continue to use them for my ac/heating needs.

We have used True Temp for more than 25 years and they have consistently been a top tier service provider. They installed the units, performed twice a year maintenance, and made the very occasional emergency repairs over our long history. They have also modified our system as part of a renovation.

I will personally never use anyone but true temp.very good experience all the way around. Gary is very knowledgeable and quick to help you out. Everyone there is awesome and 100% recommend

We bought a new unit and have had these guys out servicing many times over the years as well as replacing the unit after a loss with part of home in a storm. They have been wonderful always. They go above and beyond to serve and please. You call and always get someone and they waste no time getting to you and always at the time made for the arrival. We absolutely love them.

Everyone I talked with at True Temp was kind and courteous. Service was prompt, and they called in advance. Gary and the gentleman who fixed our heating unit on a very cold day was knowledgeable, and even though he had a great deal of expertise, he explained the problem in terms that were easy to understand. The cost of the repairs was extremely reasonable. I felt very fortunate that they were recommended to me.

It has been 2 years since I wrote my first wrote my first review, and in this year December 2020, on the coldest day of the year, so far, our heating system broke down. Thank goodness for Doug, Darlene, and especially Gary Headrick. They stayed on the the supplier to get the part to them, within 48 hours, and Gary made sure the heat was working and the house was warm. In the last 2 years, we have had True Temp do air conditioner maintenance, and a couple of other repairs. The service has always been great, and I have come to depend on their professionalism, and their considerate attitude toward their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Gary came out today and did an amazing job getting ou AC back up and running just in time. We really appreciate this business.

True Temp was very courteous and helpful. You cannot ask for better service. They were reasonable priced. In our emergency, the men came right out and took care of our work to be done immediately.also in our convenience.
And most important, they did excellent work that that lasted for years.

Came out to replace a motor and services booth unites. after all work was done unites run great. they run a lot cooler then before we use to set them at 75deg. after the cleaning and service work we set them at 77deg. now and the unites don't run as long as they did before the service work. great company to work with

AC unit went out on one of the hottest days. A very nice gentleman named Larry came out within 2 hrs of me contacting them. Fixed my issue and did not charge me an outrageous amount. Will definitely be servicing my unit and getting my business in the future.
