What appeared (to clueless me) as a small leak was actually a big problem. Rocky looked at EVERYTHING, diagnosed the problem & even pointed out a couple of things that could be done as preventative maintenance. I really appreciated him pointing out the preventative maintenance so I could go ahead & have him repair it, while also hopefully avoiding potential problems in the future. His immediate response & same day service was much appreciated. It was a bonus to find out that his team does more than plumbing. They also do any other home repairs one may need. He was very responsive, polite, quick, thorough & professional... can’t get much better than that! I’ll be calling him for all of my household needs from now on. I called Rocky on Sunday afternoon to come repair a leaky pipe under the house. Rocky and Jody wanted to come right then, but since it was Sunday, we decided to wait until Monday. They arrived at the appointed time prepared for what ever kind of problem I had, and I had problems! The burst pipe was repaired lickity split. They checked my tankless water heater and found a serious electrical problem. (I recently had a different plumber replace several parts on the water heater). The recommendation was to call an electrician to check it out or maybe install a tank type water heater. A short while after leaving, Rocky called with an idea, and they came back. In no time flat, they procured and installed a water heater and all the necessary pipes and fittings. They cleaned the clogged faucet and had everything working good as a brand new house. These guys are trained professionals and very respectful young men. If you have a water problem and you want it fixed RIGHT, call Rocky. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you! Thank you! Rocky was exceptionally respectable and knowledgeable on all things related to water heaters. He was able to help up purchasing the heater, installing it AND he even converted us from propane to electric!! We have three bathrooms that need redoing and rocky will be our only option. Very professional, honest, courteous, and helpful. He is the only ONLY plumber I will EVER hire in the Chattanooga area. I was so grateful for his responsiveness, and he brought an assistant who was very professional, courteous and kind as well. My hot water tank started leaking while my hubby was out of town (of course) and needed to be it replaced. I called a few of the bigger companies and then called Rocky who was recommended by a few people on face book. He came out to the house and gave me an estimate which was a bit less than the bigger companies and he was able to do it on the spot. After a quick trip to the big box store to pick out the one I wanted, he was installing my new water heater and expansion tank . They were done in less than 3 hours from the time I called him till the time they left and that includes , driving, shopping and answering about a million questions patiently while taking out the old and putting in the new, and checking the pressure reducer . They were very polite and friendly and fast, I will definitely be calling him again for any more unexpected plumbing issues that may arise. Thank you Rocky

Rocky and his crew done an AWESOME job!! We needed our whole house plummed with up to date pipes. The crew came out and had it done in a few hours. We needed our water heater upgraded and Jody went above and beyond the call! And no joke, I picked up my grocery order while they where here and the crew came out to my car and carried my groceries in the house😂 REALLY, WHO DOES THAT??!! These gentlemen are AMAZING! They are respectful, on time, responsibility priced and all around a pleasure to deal with!!

We are new homeowners, and we ran into a situation where all of our incoming and outgoing pipes stopped working. Rocky and his guys had to completely install all new pipes throughout my house and yard. My pipes had become patchwork piping over time, and now they are ready to last for the next 100 years. Our sewer system was also clogged up by the last tenants, and Rocky was able to flush the system for us. We are so grateful for his service!

Rocky came out the same day I called. I haven’t been living in my home and had the AC off. Initially it was 96 degrees inside. By the time they got back the temp dropped to 83. They did an awesome job! He was very fair on his price and I would highly recommend him.

I had a leak where the main water line meets the meter. I called Rocky's Plumbing at the suggestion of some friends that had used them in the past. They arrived when they said they would and gave me options to fix the issue. I chose to replace the PVC water line with PEX to prevent future problems. Jody and Cody completed the job quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

Incredible communication late at night on a Monday when I was in a jam. Super flexible Tuesday morning on coming to my house. Once here they fixed the problem efficiently and on top of all of that are reasonably priced. My faith in humanity is restored and I have a working shower again :)

Called Rocky's because I had a steady leak in the bathroom. Jody came that same day, looked at everything and gave me options as to fixing it, choices in replacement parts and the cost. Next business day, Jody came on time and went to work. He again gave me choices and finished the job efficiently. At no time did I feel anything but safe and secure with him here. Great job - big improvement. Give them a call if you need plumbing work.

Rocky's Plumbing is a stand up, respectable business. When our shower valve went out they were here in a timely manner and got it done the right way for the best price. I haven't had a problem since! They are quick, clean and the most respectable I have found. I have no problems helping a small business if they're going to work so hard just to make their customers happy!

Will not use anyone else, they are the BEST . Had a bad plumbing issue. Jody stopped at my location on his way to another job, just to make sure we had a bathroom in the house to use. The situation was way worse than anticipated. They were able to resolve the issue completely and it was very reasonable priced!!! If you have issues make sure you call them first.

It’s Christmas Eve and we have experienced a rather colder than normal holiday season. I was inside cooking a meal for about 10 people when I walked into my garage and noticed a spewing pipe. After calling around frantically, these group of gentlemen were the only ones to answer and help us out with this rather unfortunate situation. Rocky Plumbing answered right away and they were at our house within less than 2 hours. Not only were they able to get over to our house quickly, they managed to fix the issue within minutes while I got back to cooking. They finished before I was done with my pasta! Not only do they work quick they have great pricing as well, even for an emergency call on Christmas Eve. Im blessed to have had these professional gentlemen as quick as they were. Recommend 10/10 and will call them again should I ever have any issues future.

Typically, plumbing services are usually needed at a moment’s notice.
I requested Rocky’s Plumbing services concerning an unearthed drainage pipe. Rocky and Jody came out to our home cleaned out and fixed the drainage pipe immediately! They were very knowledgeable and performed an excellent job. I’m very grateful for their service and will use them again. I highly recommend Rocky’s Plumbing to everyone!!!

About a year ago I had a back-up in my house at 6:00 a.m. and googled for a plumber. Preferably one who was available at the moment. Rocky was the first one that popped up. I noticed his excellent reviews and gave him a call. Yes he did answer at 6 a.m. and yes he was here within the hour. He fixed the problem and was very thorough. His pricing was incredibly reasonable. So when I had an unrelated issue happen this week, I looked him up again without hesitation. The quality and care he put into both scenarios was something you don’t see a lot of. I never felt like he was trying to rip me off or sell me something I didn’t need. He gave me options but never pushed anything. There is no question why his review rating is so high.

Had a fitting next to the water meter break. It was an emergency as the run off caused an ice sheet to the subdivision entrance. He came out in the late and the cold and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Knowledgeable and respectful. His services were a blessing. Highly recommended.

Fantastic group of guys…very professional, and I will definitely be calling on them again, as needed! The faucet that my water hose attaches to had been leaky for years when the water was turned on and I’d just been putting off getting it fixed since it didn’t leak when it was turned off. Jody and coworkers were next door doing a major job for my neighbor today and I asked if they could take a look at this small job before they left and they said of course they could. Jody came right over and had it fixed in a matter of minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
