Very professional and very courteous.

Scott and his team are the most professional/caring company that I have used. After buying our house (brand new) we had several HVAC issues that we suffered with for almost 3 years, it was a nightmare! I called Scott and he came out the next day to diagnose the problem. Not only were they professional, their prices were better than anyone else I have used. Hot summer nights have a new meaning I when your AC isn’t working. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SCOTTS!!

I reached out to several companies when looking to install my air conditioner in my business. When I finally found Scott I knew he was the man for the job. Right off the bat I could tell he was a no nonsense kinda guy and was gonna get the job done right. He was responsive and got it done when he said he would. I will definitely be using him again for my home or anything else I need.

They serviced system it still has issues performing and I have not been able to get ahold of them since. Left numerous messages.

Lacks professionalism and does not complete jobs. He sent an employee to service our ac. The employee was supposed to be there at noon he did not show up until 6:30 in the evening. Scott or his employee did not answer or call about the late arrival. The employee did half of the job, which he did wrong, and stated he would return the following day but he did not. Again, Scott or his employee did not answer when we called the following day.
