Had a major leak in my crawl space. Justine was punctual and knowledgeable. Leak identified and fixed within a couple of hours of arrival. Will request services again if god forbid I need them…

We had a gas leak under our house . Gas CO would not turn it back on until the leak was fixed... My husband called Clearwater the next am, told them our predicament, and they had someone out by lunch.. Found the leak, repaired it and was done by 3:30.. Liberty came back out at 4:15 and we now have heat. Outstanding customer service.

Jan 27, 2026...Today, the guy delivering our hay saw a burst pipe in our barn.. We called Clearwater Plumbing and they were at our house rather quickly.. They were her roughly one hour and repaired our burst pipe.. It is so nice to have a dependable business we can county on in times of emergencies... Thanks again for a save..

Justin Gilbreath from Clearwater was very accomadating and detail in his work. Explain everything to me and showed me how to start gas water heater if polite goes out. Will use your service again if needed. Thank you for getting my hot water back up and running.

Fabulous job great company !! So glad they saved me from what could have been a bigger disaster !! Loved the honesty and how many steps the technician took to fix my issue when things were becoming an even bigger more expensive issue. He found what I needed found repairs that he fixed on stuff I didn’t know was wrong and will forever be grateful!! So glad this company reached back out to me. Wes was honest and has our shower handle working again. It cost a great deal. More than we expected. Hope it last a long time and we will not have to replace the small part to the handle again.

They came back to check on a kitchen facet and showed my husband how to replace it … all free of charge. How sweet is that!

Clearwater always does a great job…. They made a minor mistake with our replumbing and quickly came out to fix the issue with no headaches or concerns. We have a house that has been dealing with multiple pex pipe issues and they go above and beyond with our needs.

I have had a very positive experience with Clearwater each time we have needed plumbing service at our home. All of their personnel have exhibited top-notch customer service skills. Wes, the technician who handled my repair, went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he fix a small leak under my bathroom sink, but he also took the time to match the hardware for my damaged kitchen sink sprayer so everything looked perfect.

I totally see why the reviews are high. My mother is elderly and disabled. We received 3 quotes and the other 2 companies quoted her a RIDICULOUS amount to replace her water heater trying to take advantage of her. Clearwater had fair pricing and the BEST service. Lacey was so sweet and professional and so was Walter. I HIGHLY recommend them. If I an give them 10 stars I would.

Clearwater did a great job. We had clogged toilets, which happens about every 2-4 months. Cleared drain. The tech Bradd was a pro, and knew exactly what to do. A camera was used to feed through the pipe to find the issue. Roots from a tree. He gave an estimate to fix the issue permanently, which included a photo of the culprit in the pipes. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

He was very professional arrived on time and finished the work very fast. Pricing was the best out of 10 other estimates I received and even beat one estimate by half. Could not have asked for better service.

I had a gas line moved from outside of my house to the crawl space. With just one quick call, I was able to schedule an estimate visit within the week. The service providers were professional, kind, and on time. After receiving the estimate, I felt confident in their expertise and decided to move forward with the work. To my surprise, they were able to start and finish the job the same day and within just three hours!

I also appreciated their paperless process — all my appointments, reminders, and invoices were conveniently sent via email and text. As a first-time customer, I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
