Hays Plumbing replaced my old water heater (1998 model) with a brand new water heater. Two young men performed the removal and installation during a torrential storm and were very professional and courteous throughout the job.
After installation, they showed me how to ignite the pilot light and how to operate the temperature settings.
Post installation was awesome! They left the area neat and tidy and removed all of the old debris.

I trust Hay' Plumbing and will use them for our annual maintenance and any other plumbing need.

I called Hays Plumbing a couple of days before Christmas with a plumbing problem. They came out quickly and at the scheduled time. They were kind and efficient.

Hays Plumbing is an exceptional business. I came home from a trip to no water. They showed up same day and identified the problem, getting my water on with a temporary fix. Then they returned to repair a complicated problem. Hays Plumbing employees are courteous, responsive, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

Liz was very helpful with setting up my appointment, and when Ryan showed up he was on time and knowledgeable about repairing my water heater. Hays Pumbing has been a wonderful blessing for our family! They have replaced our hot water tank, repaired some toilet valves, rerouted water lines in my kitchen island, repaired an external water bib and possibly a few other things which are not currently coming to mind. I highly recommend Ryan and the amazing crew for their quick response and professionalism.

Had a major pipe burst under the house. Hays was very friendly and responsive. Worked around my schedule and got someone out quickly. Answered all of my questions and was friendly throughout. The technicians were very professional, friendly and amazingly capable of doing great work in the tightest of spaces. Work was done quickly with high marks on value and quality. On their way out, they happily fixed a running toilet that was not on the work order. Best plumber experience I have had. Highly recommend to anyone. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

We have used Hays plumbing four times. This week the two gentlemen that came worked hard and quickly. They were professional, prompt and polite. They worked quickly to correct and repair the issues. Their prices are very fair and I will continue to utilize this company in the future.
