We've had to enlist Rotorooter's services several times over the three years that we lived in Columbus, and each and every time the technicians have been top notch in pretty much every way. They are responsive, always seem to be able to detect the issue, explain it in terms anyone could easily understand and ultimately solve it, thus minimizing the trauma (if you know, you know) of plumbing repairs. In the process of putting our home up for sale, some more serious plumbing calamities began to arise, and we were fortunate enough to end up with a technician named Terry assigned to us. Not only was he knowledgeable, patient with us (we are out of state and having to do everything remotely), transparent and professional, but he was KIND. He remained on top of communication with us at all times and was very nice about having to coordinate with our realtor in our stead. Terry is A-One. Seriously. His sewer side manner out of this world. Treat Terry right, Roto-Rooter, this gentleman is a true gem and made an extremely stressful situation for us, much easier. I don't know anything about plumber salaries, but I do know that regardless of the norm, Terry deserves a raise. Exceeded our plumbing and human expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH, TERRY!

Shaun came to my property yesterday and did an exceptional job.
He was attentive, put me at ease, and took the time to explain the plumbing issues to me. I would give him a 10 out of 5.

I have used RotoRooter for a few years now, but this last experience solidified why they will continue to get our business. Everyone on their team is very friendly and professional, and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. After another local company made a mistake the owner John came out right away to get the problem taken care of to ensure we had a working bathroom for the weekend. We are very grateful.

The very best part of my day was meeting Terry Hewitt. He was knowledgeable and professional, but not to the extent that he forgot the "human factor." He never once spoke to me like I was a Plummer. He gave me options when I asked for them and never once tried to pressured me into choosing one product over another. He was ready with recommendations when I asked, and he did exactly what he said he would. No one enjoys NEEDING home repairs, but .Mr. Hewitt made my home repair a very pleasant experience. You've got a customer for life!

Usually I don't write reviews twice but this service needs to be recognized. Tyler from Roto-Rooter really went above and beyond tonight. He fixed a leaky Cooper fitting in the plumbing under the crawlspace. Not only did he take his time to explain everything to me he showed me the issue and gave me recommendations. He worked late into the night until the job was done instead of giving me a cookie cutter answer. He has restored my faith in hard earned services for the people. Don't waste time with other companies call Roto-Rooter ask for Tyler if you want it done right the first time.

I was very impressed with this company, Eli was on time, friendly and professional. He took time to explain what was the problem as well as how to resolve the issue. But what impressed me was he tidied up when he was done.

From getting an accommodating appointment to the great service was awesome!!! I received a call from the office to let me know they were on their way which I appreciated. Anton was VERY professional and knowledgeable!!! I couldn’t be more satisfied!!! I will use them again if needed for sure and I hope they send someone as great as Anton! They also were very fair and affordable!!

Excellent company to do business with. We had a sewer leak under our slab from our washing machine drain. Justin was able to find my problem with his camera in 5 minutes. He fixed everything for me and we are happy with the service. Thanks again.

FYI we had summerland plumbing come out first and they couldn’t find the issue and we wasted $300. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. If you need camera inspection, this is the way to go with Justin.

I'm hardly technical when it comes to anything that requires fixing. Thankfully Elijah came to the rescue! He not only fix the leak under my bathroom sink, but cleaned up and repaired the damage. He explained the problem and was very professional. I'd definitely recommend him if you're having an issuewith plumbing. Thank you Elijah! 10/10

Tyler and E did a tremendous job when diagnosing and fixing what happened to be a stick float valve. The attention to individual details in troubleshooting the issues was very evident. They quickly discovered and rectified the issue at hand, ensuring that the system was functional and recommended a future course of action. Incredibly patient and explained everything that was going on without frustration or hesitation. Highly recommend.

Had a slow sink drain and leaky kitchen faucet so I called these guys and setup an appointment. Justin came out and fixed the slow sink drain and knew exactly what was wrong with the leaky kitchen faucet. He ordered the parts onsite and they were delivered a week later. Justin came back out and replaced the part and now everything is working perfectly!! Customer service was outstanding! They were on time to each appointment and called before they sent the technician out. This is the first time I've used Roto-Rooter and it won't be the last! Extremely satisfied customer here!! Thank you guys so much for getting me squared away!

I am so appreciative of the repairman that was sent! "Anthony" was kind, understanding, timely, professional and explained the repair and fixed the issue I was having with my toilet. I am always nervous about calling a repairman for any situation, but Anthony made me feel at ease and his spirit was so friendly! God bless Anthony and Roto-Rooter! I would highly recommend👍👍👍👍👍! We got the after hours service. It was very cold outside (33 degrees), but Andron came out and was very polite, knowledgeable , and patiently explained everything that was going on. He was able to fix our problem in a very quick and timely manner. We really enjoyed his excellent customer service and would recommend him and the company to anyone with plumbing/water issues! Thank you ANDRON! There should be more employees like him.

The price was also very reasonable.

The African American plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very respectful. I am so grateful to him for come out and doing a great job. Thanks to Roto-Rooter the Company for answer the service call and quick reponse. To the administration staff thanks for all you do.

After using a neighbors son who she and he said was a plumber and charged my mother $200 for absolutely nothing. Stating she must have a crushed pipe I got smart called Rotor Rooter in 20 minutes the clog was gone and gave a warranty. Price was also excellent. Diffently use these professionals not these crooks saying they can do the job. I know I can't put the crooks name on here but I wish I could. It would be taken down. Can't go wrong with Rotor Rooter great job and thankful for them helping my mother.

Mr. Jeffery Jenkins was pleasantly cheerful and eased my frustration about my toilet issue😊 He was knowledgeable and explained to me each step as he repaired my toilet issue. I am very satisfied with Roter Roter and will depend and use them again. I recommend them 100% to anyone with home repair needs! Excellent Service!

I had a service done a week ago and was extremely happy with the job that was done. David was the worker that came to my house, he was here during the time frame I was told, he was very polite, knew what he was doing, didn't take long at all even having to leave to get parts. He quoted me a very good price for the job needed. I would recommend this company and their workers to everyone!

Rey cams over to our house promptly after our emergency call late in the afternoon. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and gave an estimate [fair price] on the spot. He was very courteous and made sure the job was done right and cleaned up before he left. He took the time to check all the plumbing in the house, not just the affected portions making sure as to not have the same issues elsewhere. Very impressed and would recommend again.
