Berry was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way by making a second visit on the weekend, after discovering it was the electrician fault for the AC unit not working. He stayed until the electrician correct their issue to insure the unit would work again. Above and beyond for service that wasn’t required.

I have a maintenance contract with Reliance for both my heat and air. They are easy to schedule and are timely with their appointments. Berry came today and serviced the system. He asked if we had any problems and discussed our system. There were no problems.

My experience with Reliance Heating and Air has always been a good one and today was no exception. Mr. Washington was prompt, courteous and efficient through out the maintenance process. Very friendly and nice. He completed everything within a very reasonable amount of time and informed me that everything was working well.

Technician, John was outstanding. He was very professional, kind and patient. I asked a lot of questions!! He answered them all in a clear manner, not too wordy, using layman terms so I could understand. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and hope you are lucky enough to get John H. as your Technician.

My AC went out Sunday night, and my family was suffering in the heat Monday thru Wednesday. We used a company our home warranty's (American Home Shield) service and the guy did NOTHING to resolve the issue. Frustrated, I told my wife I was going to call a company outside of our warranty to plan to get the job done tonight. Mind you, the time was already a little after 7pm. I called Reliance and the lady who answered the call was VERY pleasant and asked more detailed questions about the system issues than the guy from the other company. She assured me she would dispatch someone to assist us tonight. About 20mins later, Mark (with over 20yrs of experience) texted and said he was on the way. When Mark arrived he actively listened to what I observed from my system and immediately went through a battery of test to identify the issue. Mark assessed the outdoor unit and then went and examined the indoor unit in the attic. Throughout the process, he clearly explained what he was doing and "why". After ruling out several possible issues, Mark determined the system was clogged and the pan the indoor unit was sitting in was flooded with water, which was the reason the system would not turn on. Mark proceeded to drain the pan, declog the line, and cleaned the outdoor unit well after 8pm.

Mark and Reliance are the reason my family is cool and resting comfortably in our home tonight. I STRONGLY recommend their services!

We needed Reliance to come out on an emergency basis to fix our AC. Eric Lott came out same day. He called several times to give us an update on schedule. He was super nice and quick and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. We were very happy.

Miquel was here doing our maintenance today and did a super and thorough job with our three units. Also he cleaned our units outside….made them look like brand new. Thank you Miquel!

Julian is one of the best technicians at Reliance!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient — not to mention just a great person. He talked us through the maintenance he performed, and helped us make a decision for the best replacement unit that we will need to purchase soon. It’s professionals like Julian that will keep our family loyal to Reliance.

Shane has been our service guy for many years! Shane's a great service tech and I trust his judgement, recommendations and honesty. I always enjoy seeing him on service visits because he is happy and upbeat and brings a smile to an 'old' ladies face!!! :) He has really looked after us over the years. Robert Young, service manager had been responsive to a few issues we have had over the 37 years we have used Reliance. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Shane has been servicing our equipment for 3 years, and he has been excellent. The work is always perfect, he is always on time, and we especially appreciate the additional info and guidance he provides re the best use/care of our equipment so that we get top performance and longevity. We couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

This is the Number 1 Heating and Air Company of them all. Absolutely the greatest service, quality, price, and follow—up out there. I have had them since the purchase of my new home in 2007 and not one bad experience ever. I just purchased a new air conditioner and heating unit from them in May of 2023, installed perfectly in just 4 hours with a team of at least 4 technicians. No mess, hardly any noise, and spotless clean-up. I interviewed 2 other companies and none compared. All departments have very pleasant and efficient personnel. My units have worked perfectly since installation. Reliance Hearing and Air is the company to use
for maintenance or purchasing a new unit.

Julian Baer is awesome. He was my service technician this morning and did an amazing job. He gets my highest endorsement.

Eric was VERY professional and polite! He came out diagnosed our system, told us what was wrong and gave us a fair price to fix the unit. Went and got the part and was back in an hour to replace the part!!

He followed all CDC guidelines ensuring a safe visit.

I had Robbie come out today to check an ongoing issue that we’ve been having with our air, causing disruption to the unit. He was very knowledgeable and not only figured out that issue, but solved some other issues that have been a source of minor problems! All of these things, are above and beyond what I expect to be solved today. The minor problems that he is fixing, will also help with our power bills! Super grateful! Thankful for his courtesy, kindness, and expertise!

Have been using Reliance for years to maintain my heat/air system. Berry has been my technician and I can't say enough about how thorough he is. The entire staff has been great and works with my schedule. I had a new system installed last year and their pricing was very competitive. Great company!
