Our AC unit cut out in the middle of the night—of course it did, it’s summer! Being new to the area, we weren’t sure who to call, but our lovely neighbors recommended Precision Heating & Air. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

Even the dispatcher was kind and pleasant, and they were able to send someone out the same day to rescue us! Scottie and Robbie were our technicians, and they were absolutely fantastic—friendly, thoughtful, and professional. They walked us through the entire process, explained exactly what was wrong, and got everything fixed quickly and efficiently.

We’re so grateful to have cool air again. Thank you, Precision! Highly recommend—10 out of 10!

Dwayne was fantastic! He went through every step during installation of our new hot water heater. He was very personable as well as we talked about camping and garage storage. Great work!

Everyone here is amazing! All the technicians are respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I love how you receive a photo and bio of your technician before they arrive. Everyone in the office and dispatch are top notch; quick and efficient but most of all NICE! I would recommend them to any and every person I know. Reasonable and upfront pricing, honest and smart technicians, and excellent customer service!

We had an outstanding experience with Victoria! She did a wonderful job on our HVAC system—thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional from start to finish. She took the time to explain what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before she left. It's rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such a friendly and respectful attitude. She truly went above and beyond!

Jeremy did a great job with our 6 month maintenance. He took his time and thoroughly explained what he did and recommended some products and actions I can take to keep my system running efficiently. Always great service with Precision!!

They do great work, the techs are always knowledgeable and kind. I'm glad I found this company to be the ones who work on and help maintain the HVAC system. Ray Mills and another gentleman who I didn't catch his name installed a new furnace and water heater today for me and I'm happy with their services.

Scottie was great to work with! He was on time, explained everything thoroughly, and didn't shrug off my questions. He made sure we understood where we were at with our equipment and helped us get scheduled with a project manager for next steps. 10/10.

Service tech was timely, courteous, and professional. He provided an honest assessment of my problems and gave reasonable assessment of what was need for repairs.

Jonathan was our technician that came out today. He gave the customer service, he was very professional, polite, patience, and informative. He answered all of our questions and explained everything in great detail. Jonathan is a great asset to Precision. Couldn't have asked for a better technician.

Robbie was very thorough and checked all of the unit that we had as well as checked our water heater to ensure that it was working properly. He took his time and explained everything that he found in detail.

Johnathan was excellent. As a new customer looking for maintenance he explained the current status of the systems very well and provided options for updating and fixing them. His demeanor was very friendly and was happy to share his knowledge. Would highly recommend.

When my year-old HVAC unit developed a problem, I called Precision Heating & Air and knew they were going to take care of the problem. I was not disappointed. They sent Mason Roe. He took a look at the problem and knew immediately what to do. Not only he fixed the problem, he also took the time to explain what was going on. I appreciate that.

We had Mason come out and help us today. Friendly, thorough in his inspection and very knowledgeable. We appreciated them taking the time to see us same day we called, and he helped us get all the information we asked for. We will be using precision heating and air for our needs in the future!

Precision quickly took care of my elderly grandmother when her air went out. My wife and I are so thankful we can depend on precision for fast, safe and reliable service. They went above and beyond by providing a picture and bio for the technician before he arrived. We were able to share with my grandmother so she knew who would be knocking on the door. The tracker allowed us to see when he would arrive and when the job was complete. This gave us peace of mind and she was happy with the service . We will always choose precision.
