All reviews for B.I.C Tree Service

Highly Recommend this tree service Company!!! I have nothing but good things to say about this company! Very respectful of me and my time and it was clear in how they handled their business that they have a lot of integrity! I also really like that they are a family owned business.

I appreciate the initial consult on what we needed. In the end, the cost of the work we needed was a good value compared to our alternative. We were impressed with how well our underbrush was cleared and that it accomplished our goal of accessing the back side of our property.

Awesome to deal with -- quick to respond to request for quote, reasonably priced and dependable. Jason, Zach and their crew are my go to tree company from now on. Great job guys and thanks.

They kept in touch with me from the first time I called to let me know when and where their schedule was. They were on time did the jobs I needed done. Did not leave a mess. And I am very satisfied and would recommend them. Thank you and God bless your business and may it continue to grow.

Cut the limbs I needed down from a tree so they did not hit my house. Did a great job. Quick time frame. Got everything that we were promised for the price we were quoted. Would recomend them to anybody.

I spoke to Jason he said they would be out to give me an estimate. He did and gave me the rate and when they could do it. The estimate was very reasonable. Took them a couple days. The guys were very pleasant and did a great job!

Very professional and quick. Prices are very reasonable.I had 11 trees cut down, three of the trees were dead. Most of the trees were dangerously close to the house like 10ft.They laid them all down with precision between two structures. I highly reccomend them.

These guys should be wearing capes because they are superheroes! A tree fell on our house and fence Monday night. We called them Tuesday. They came out to give an estimate within hours and were at our house to remove the tree by 8 AM Wednesday morning. They took out another tree for us and you can't even tell they were here. If you are looking for tree services the choice is very simple - go with BIC Tree Service! A+ SERVICE! A+ PEOPLE!

BIC did a excellent job removing a huge oak tree and several other trees. They were professional, efficient and careful. I've used them twice now and will use them again for any tree problems I have.

BIC Outdoor was there when I needed them. Our house in Chattanooga was damaged during the most recent storms. We had trees down all over the yard, fence and house. They were onsite within 24 hours of contact. They were a huge blessing to our family and we HIGHLY recommend them.

Outstanding Tree Service. They took down a 75-80 foot oak tree and watching them was so impressive. Very polite and professional group. Definitely would recommend!

Jason with BIC was a pleasure to work with. Took care of our needs as promised with no inconvenience to us. Kindly and professional, I could not have expected more. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend this company if you need a tree removed. The owner is a good Christian man who is caring and honest and will provide excellent service. His crew is courteous and hardworking and gets the job done. I will always use this company in the future.

Good wholesome boys doing good wholesome work. Had them come cut a few trees for me, one big ol oak rapidly dying glad they got it when they did, it was only a matter of time. They tackled the problem quick even with a minor set back with the equipment. Very friendly and fun to talk with. I'd highly recommend
them if you're looking for tree removal.

A tree fell after a storm this morning and blocked our driveway so we couldn't get out. They came out very quickly and removed the the tree from the driveway free of charge. I can't stress how polite they were and will be my go to service from now on. Highly recommend them!

Jason did a great job cutting down a large tree in our backyard! Other companies wanted double for the same job. He was professional, quick, and friendly. Service with a smile isn't something you see anymore, and that is what we received!! Thanks!

I would just like to say they did an amazing job. They came in and took down 6 huge pine trees towering over my house. I can not begin to tell you how much better it looks not to mention peace of mind when a storm comes. All the guys were great and very friendly. So glad I hired them. Will use them again in future.

Had a tree fall in my front yard. Called BIC and Jason came out. He was very professional. He said they could come the next day and take care of it. Came home the next day and it was all cleaned up. His guys did a great job.

I give Jason and his company five stars for work they did for us. Professional, courteous, prompt and did a great job. Reasonable price also. (Best price among several bids). I would recommend this company highly.

I was given an estimate before the job. They came out promptly and removed the trees. These were 5 very tall overgrown Leyland Cypresses in a tight space, one leaning over the fence toward the neighbor’s roof. They used their equipment and had no trouble getting them cut and out. They also did stump grinding. The initial quote is what I paid. They are a professional, efficient and ethical company. I highly recommend BIC Outdoor and Tree Removal.

Very professional and friendly guys. I would highly recommend them any tree service! They gave me what I felt was a very good price on what had to be done. I noticed after they left that sawdust from the limbs they cut was used to fill up a mudhole beside my driveway. Thank you BIC Tree Service!
