Moved to south Decatur area recently and knew no one. But a neighbor said I should try Service Appliance and I did. Very prompt, courteous, upfront about costs. Got service same day. I will now refer to my neighbors when they need appliance repair. They even referred me to places in the area that will help me with other problems/issues in my new home. I really like the people here.

The man was very rude over the phone

This company is a RIP OFF!!! $98 FOR A SERVICE CALL EVEN IF I DECIDE TO HAVE THEM DO THE LABOR!!!! WOWWW I recommend you call ABYONE ELSE TO SAVE YOURSELF SOME $$$$ GEEESHH!!! THANKS A LOT MAYTAG FOR THIS OVER PRICED COMPANY!!!!! Also wont pay any attention. To your service window... AND CALL 5 MINS BEFORE SHOWING UP...just wait on them to show up WHENEVER!!!! AND THE PHONE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!!
