I had a fantastic experience with Dynasty Heating and Air. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The technicians arrived on time, equipped with all necessary tools. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system and explained the repair process thoroughly. Throughout the repair, they demonstrated a deep understanding of HVAC systems and addressed all my questions patiently.
Not only did they fix the problem promptly, but they also took the time to provide maintenance tips to ensure the longevity of my system. The level of customer service was exceptional; they were courteous, respectful of my home, and left the work area cleaner than they found it.

My technician Chris arrived early than expected and he looked at my heater and he knew exactly what was wrong with it he replaced the thermostat did everything in the timely fashion he was so courteous and nice I would refer destiny to any of my friends

We've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dynasty. After a larger company really let us down, Chris has been a breath of fresh air. He's the real deal. Incredibly kind, flexible, skilled, and reasonably priced. Calling Anita to get on the schedule is always a breeze too. If you're tired of being jerked around by big companies like we were, go with Dynasty.

I had a wonderful experience with this company and Chris, my tech, was outstanding. They provide a far more friendly experience and astronomically better pricing than the national brands. I will be using them for any other HVAC needs and highly recommend them. There's the added bonus of supporting a local company as well.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dynasty. Chris came over on a Saturday last winter to figure out why we lost heat. It was bad news, but he explained it clearly, showed me the problem, and then installed a brand new unit at a very fair price. Anita handles the calls and sets up appointements. She could not be more pleasant to speak to. Overall a true family business that keeps the money right there in Decatur.

Selected the company based on the 5 star reviews. I was not disappointed. The price and availability was reasonable. I wanted a second opinion on whether I needed to replace the system as recommended by another company that completed a routine maintenance on my furnace. Dynasty tech, Chris was prompt and confirmed that although the furnace was old and not efficient, it still works and I do not have to replace it at this time. There is no carbon monoxide leaks that he can detect. This saved me thousands of dollars on a replacement.
