I had a good experience working with Empire. They sent Ezekiel to my home and he did a nice job, especially for arriving late on a Friday! He solved the problem and I felt the pricing was fair. Will continue working with Empire.

I have been a customer of Empire Heating and Air for more than ten years and have been very pleased with their services ! I rely upon them to conduct my bi- yearly fall and spring inspections and they kept me aware of any maintenance and repair issues. All of their technicians are professional and highly qualified. I am especially impressed with Chase. He is personable and was able to identify and resolve the issues. The office staff is very efficient in making appointments as quickly as possible.

Zeke did a great job. He was courteous, positive, answered all my questions and was efficient. Great job!

From start to finish Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was able to schedule the appointment the next day when my A/C stopped working. The technician arrived around the time expected and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The issue was straightforward and started back up immediately after he replaced the fuse on the blower board. He also checked my filter to advise me that it didn't need changing. Based on this experience, I will definitely be using them again for future problems.

Terrance was at my home and he did an amazing job fixing our system. Thanks to him and the entire Empire staff for getting us up and running. They are such a pleasure to do business with!

Mr. Curtis was very professional & cared enough to tell me to “watch people or they’ll get ya.” He talked to me the entire time that he worked and explained what he was doing and why. He was kind & patient which is becoming so hard to encounter nowadays, it was extremely appreciated!

He even refused a little tip $ offered. 1st class operation from initial contact to follow up after payment. Their prices are reasonable and shared before any work is done. I contacted Empire regarding an unsatisfactory service call from the previous day. I felt uneasy about the low level of service and unprofessionalism we had encountered, after all the stellar reviews we read before scheduling the visit. Well, 5 stars is the limit here but I wish there were more. First, THANK YOU to Tori who answered the phone and truly listened to me. She informed me she read my review, apologized for the trouble and transferred me to the owner, Martin. This guy was super. THANK YOU, Martin. He was empathetic and he was thoughtful in a rapid response. He took quick action by sending a new serviceman out who truly aligned with the company’s mission statement. EZEKIAL, thank you for a high level of service. He came in and explained in detail what his plans were and he executed. He was in my attic less than 5 minutes when my husband and I were elated to feel hot air blowing from our vents. However, he wasn't done. He handled business. I appreciate the team who handled our situation. This is why Empire has a 4.9. Believe it. They proved they operate at a high level. I appreciate the excellency. Keep it up! THANK YOU, AGAIN!

Taylor was great. Diagnosed the issue, explained the solution and came back as soon as the parts arrived. He was professional, kind and courteous. Communication from office staff was stellar on the scheduling front. Empire is a wonderful partner to have as a homeowner.

We started working with Empire after our previous vendor was acquired. Empire has been fantastic to work with. We purchased the maintenance plan and this week they were quick to respond to an AC issue (came next day). Thankfully, it was a relatively simple repair. The urgency in the response was crucial, as we are celebrating a graduation and having a party (and it was over 80 degrees in the house). We are very appreciative of the fast response. Both the office and technicians have been VERY COURTEOUS, RESPONSIVE and PROFESSIONAL!!!

We have been loyal customers of Empire’s for well over 30 years. We have never been disappointed by any technician we have had and Zeke is no exception. He was thorough and explained everything to us. And because he is usually our technician, he has become familiar with our system which helps!

Empire replaced my entire HVAC system. The replacement went smoothly. I like how the technicians explained what they were doing. Since then it was worked beautifully. Shout out to Bryce for my maintenance visit today. So glad I chose Empire.

The follow up to our units communication error in our unit was amazing. The tech that came out Chase was extremely helpful in walking us through the problems that were still causing the issues. He also when above and beyond the initial request by working on our unit by fixings it up by replastering the unit to help prevent air from flowing out of the unit and into our garage. The fact that the company immediately took action to come back to help us out with the issue was amazing and I definitely will be using them again in the future.

I’ve been a customer for many years, and I’ve found the service to be seamlessly great. They nursed my ollddd system along for years, repairing it several times, never pressuring me to buy a new one. When the time finally came to replace the old one, Empire was very helpful in walking me through options. The service people are also unfailingly polite and punctual. Big thumbs up.

Oh man, this is the company to call. They were quick to respond, set up a time immediately and helped me with my mini split with ease. They sent out Chase, who was amicable and competent.
